To remove these bus windows, you remove the retainer strip as you did, but then spray the rubber with a water/soap solution and the glass just slips out from the outside.
Visibility wasn't good even when windows were there since they are 30 ft back and tinted. Also all the furniture and walls would block them anyway. This way we were able to put insulation there. Many vehicles don't have back windows like box trucks, semi trucks, city buses, couch buses, RVs etc. We added a backup camera and side view camera system so we can still see well behind using a big display that sits up front.

To hold the windows use tape 3m that is no gonna move

Now you can't see out the back windows. Why do they close them up, so many do it.?

Why not just paint the window black from the inside?
Because we want to insulate that area with spray foam insulation.
