The two cameras are virtually indistinguishable and the only way anyone would ever notice a difference is side-by-side comparisons like you are doing. I'm betting that if someone sent even you a photograph taken with either camera you would not know which one it was taken with. Today's phones are so good that you can keep them for five or six years before updating and no one would ever know the difference in the photographs or videos that you make and display. Very interesting comparison. Im thinking of picking up an s21 ultra and this makes me think its an amazing idea. Its better than the iPhone sometimes. Its also interesting to see how the iPhone also has some pretty good zoom even without the dedicated 10x zoom lens. Keep up the good work man
Is it only me or anyone else who would pick the S21 ultra over the 14 pro. (specially regarding the price) It keeps up and even beates the iphone in some areas as a 2.5 year old flagship. Looks like unlike apple Samsung heavily updates the camera algorithm of their older flagships.

Samsung's One UI 6 update completely destroyed 20+ zoom capabilities in my S22 Ultra so yeah, Samsung does indeed start to worsen the camera quality with updates at some point

Yes, that has been my argument for a while. Samsung instead of wasting money and time making ads attacking iphones it should instead spend that money and effort on teaching his customers how to use things like Pro video and pictures effectively depending on the situation. S21 ultra still mighty good for its current price. Not really recommended if you take a lot of low light videos though. But still a really solid phone I still use mine as a back up

I've had my Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G since they came out. I'm actually super disappointed with the camera on mine. My daughter has an older iPhone that takes much clearer and better pictures. I found your video because I'm thinking about trading my Galaxy for an iPhone. Great video btw.

I bought BRAND NEW S21 Ultra 16/512 SNAPDRAGON 888 for only 33, 000 Php (589.14$) 4days ago.. It's a really best deal and there's so much freebies including case with S-PEN, extra jelly case, 25watts, wireless charger.. It's a perfect deal for me.. I got the latest update here in Philippines ONE UI 5.1 May 2023 update.. It has already a feauture that s23 series has like removing your picture on your gallery, it's so cool.. S21 Ultra is perfect in most especially the camera, videos and photos.. But the main problem for me is the heating issue.. Yes it heats up even watching only on youtube for 30mins so the battery drains fast.. I owned Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, I compared it side by side.. For me, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra far better than S21 Ultra.. The smoothness of MIUI 14.0.2 is really smooth compared to ONE UI 5.1. I owned Mi 11 Ultra for 6 months and i thought if I got s21 Ultra would replace my Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra as my main phone, but it's not.. Still Mi 11 Ultra is my Main phone, s21 ultra is my back up phone.. CONS of S21 ULTRA ONE UI 5.1 as a Mi 11 Ultra user: 1. There is no internet meter. 2. It heats up fast 3. The battery drains fast even if it is brand new. 4. It feels light on the hand.. My Mi 11 Ultra is heavier than my s21 ultra 5. Notification setting is sucks like the brightness adjustment.. Example if your brightness is around 10% then when you tap at around 90%.. It will automatically 90%brightness.. It really sucks.. Unlike Mi 11 Ultra it will not automatically adjusted.. I hate the notification also.. You can't make it in one hand.. 6. Less features in camera. I love Mi 11 Ultra cause it has so many features. 7. .06x is the widest angle unlike my mi 11 ultra is .05x 8. Not better video stabilization compared to my Mi 11 Ultra. 9. FAKE MOON SHOT in 30x to 100x. Lols.. 10. NOT GOOD SPEAKER, My 11 Ultra is louder than s21 ultra.
In addition of cons.. The main problem of the camera of s21 ultra is when you shoot your moving subject it takes always blur photos.. Tssk.. In video mode also there is no mic noise cancellation.. Mi 11 Ultra has all those features..

A very thorough comparison 👏 I really am impressed. I've brought the Samsung s21 ultra just a few days ago with the snapdragon 🍟. If the exynos version is on par as your video proves then the snapdragon version will definitely smoke the iPhone. Samsung have definitely put the leg work in to raise the bar further. I would definitely recommend 👌 watching your videos before buying a phone as updates over time can definitely polish a phones capability. Get a used phone and save the planet and your pocket 😅
Definitely can't phrase it enough!! I was initially thinking of getting the Honour magic pro 5 but the phones from these brands depreciate so much and quickly, wasn't willing to waste my money. Brought a good used s21ultra and all the accessories are cheap to buy too!!
video nobody can compete with iphone (i'm a samsung user) but for photo noboby can compete with top samsung phones. This is my opinion from last 5 years. Comparing price/quality, samsung always win.

OMG. You could have a video comparing the iPhone 20 Pro Max+ to a Galaxy S2, and you'd still have all the top comments saying "wow! The Galaxy held up really well! I'm going with Samsung!" Every f*cking comparison between Android and Apple always has a disproportionate amount of people in the comments claiming the Android is better or just as good.
It's all a matter of personal preference. You can say the same about many videos on Pro iphone channels. The iphone 14 Pro (Max) have a lot of weaknesses and limitations unnaceptable to me at such high price not highlighted enough but all you hear in many channels are praise after praise. S21 ultra put up a good fight and im sure its the Snapdragon variant
video nobody can compete with iphone (i'm a samsung user) but for photo noboby can compete with top samsung phones. This is my opinion from last 5 years. Comparing price/quality, samsung always win.

@Joel Rivas Thanks mate! All phones perform in different ways depending on the angle, lighting conditions. That's what I got from both phones under those circumstances. The S21 Ultra is still very solid but it's not perfect like any other phone. Stay safe.

OMG. You could have a video comparing the iPhone 20 Pro Max+ to a Galaxy S2, and you'd still have all the top comments saying "wow! The Galaxy held up really well! I'm going with Samsung!" Every f*cking comparison between Android and Apple always has a disproportionate amount of people in the comments claiming the Android is better or just as good.
It's all a matter of personal preference. You can say the same about many videos on Pro iphone channels. The iphone 14 Pro (Max) have a lot of weaknesses and limitations unnaceptable to me at such high price not highlighted enough but all you hear in many channels are praise after praise.
