Thanks for your video. It's very clear and concise. I have issue, the calender layout looks like horizontal layout for my end. I want something like 9:56. Instead it looks like row by row. IDK, did they change. I would be greatful if you can tell me. Have a great rest of your day!!!

I appreciate I'm late to the party...is it possible to change availability so it is different for each week? Example: first two weeks of February mornings only...last week of February afternoons only...

Good question! Many customers use the Google Calendar sync to allow clients to see their appointments from their phones, desktop, and tablets without having to log in to WordPress. Great video. Two things can you use text messaging with this plugin or does it integrate with Omnisend and can you only access the simply plugin via the dashboard or is there an app?
Hello! Yes, we offer SMS sending with the plugin through the Twilio platform. And, SSA can only be accessed through the WordPress dashboard at the moment, though you could sync to your Google Calendar so that you can see all your appointments through your Google Calendar app on your phone :)

I'm glad you liked the video :) And, yes, the customer is automatically sent a link to edit the appointment via email. Upgraded versions of the plugin can also provide this link via Google Calendar invites and SMS.
Notifications feature is not working. I am not receiving email after a successful appointment booking.
Edit: I figured it out. The default PHP mailer was unable to send mail in bulk so I configured wp mail smtp plugin and it worked.

Yes! We offer an SMS integration with Twilio in our Pro and Business editions.
can I select multiple hours? for example the 1st visitor wants 3 hours for booking and another one is 5 hours.
Not at the moment, each calendar has a set duration. Though we do plan to add flexible durations in a future development.
Can you add any payment option?
Is there an option that clients have to approve their email address?
Hello! Yes, SSA offers Stripe and PayPal as payment options in the Professional Edition of the plugin. As for the email address approval, we'll need more details to confirm. After a succesful setup it shows on my website "There are no available appointment times". I followed all the steps as you shown here. Can you give me a solution for this?

Using Elementor, you would need to create a Popup Template containing the Appointment Booking widget and set it up following their guide, here: elementor.com/help/how-do-i-create-my-first-popup/

Hello, I am considering this plugin for a client. I have a question. Is there a way to add the calender into an html widget in elementor?
I'm afraid SSA cannot be embedded through an HTML widget. Instead, the plugin has its own Elementor widget, so you can drag and drop it into any page and layout.

i am creating a pop up using elementor pro that has a series of steps using a form widget. in the form widget you can add an item and then select it's type. HTML is one of the types. If you offered a shortcode i would be able to put the appointment setting functionality into my popup.
This is vital. because my client wants the customer to click his "request estimate" button and it opens a pop up where the customer selects in a series of steps the project type, contact info, describe project, upload images, and finally schedule an appointment.
the widget unfortunately is of no use to me.

But, I'm afraid embedding SSA into the form widget via HTML may create a few extra unwanted steps. For example, I believe the user will have to fill out their Name and Email twice - once in the original form and another time in the SSA booking form.
An alternative would be to use our Formidable Form or Gravity Form integration to create a booking form. Within these integrations SSA simply acts as another form field so that you can embed only the booking calendar part into any form including estimate forms.
You can then embed those forms into your Elementor popup :)

What is the name or spelling of the widgets you used?
The booking widget is under the name "Schedule an Appointment", but note it's only visible after installing the Simply Schedule Appointments plugin; we offer a free Basic Edition too, so you can test it out with Elementor: simplyscheduleappointments.com/integrations/elementor-appointment-booking/
Can I offer packages and memberships with this plug-in?
Hello there, at this time Simply Schedule Appointments doesn't provide the ability to sell packages and memberships. We're planning an integration with Memberpress that should handle this type of functionality, but we don't have a solid ETA for this yet.

Can I link their booking to my calendar?

I do not recommend this plugin. If you don't have an expensive subscription - the plugin stops working, no matter what you paid before. Support is horrible.
