    This has become my go-to weapon against the QG. Thought it would be a good idea to actually learn some of the theory rather than just making stuff up over the board. Turns out many of my ideas are still theory, so there's no problems.

    Bishop taking c5 is bad @ 2:42 because they are threatening the a7 pawn and you cannot take because you are being pinned by the queen. recommend pawn to e6.

    at 12:03 why not just move pawn to e5, discovered attack on the queen from the bishop and pawn captures knight on d4. If you are lucky they even miss it and take their knight to safety = queen blunder

    8:29 This is a disaster for black. A weak pawn on f6 and an exposed king, which will be exposed for the rest of the game even after castling. This position might not be a problem for a 3000+ elo engine to defend, but from a human perspective it will be a tough game.

    i have played too many games where i set this up and the white player takes my c pawn and then tries to defend their gain on c file. it's like, you are a queens gambit player, you play this with the colors reversed all the time, you should know it doesn't work! at the 1200s/1300s level

    bro i don't know whether u have time to reply,but if u have seen this please reply :)
    can you just list out some openings for white and black that most of the time lead to queen exchanges earlier,calm positions with less tactical calculations and more positional game with less pieces,I understand it is not a hard and fast rule but I believe you can help me...could u just name some ,not the specific lines but just the openings for e.g caro kann ,Ruy lopez etc..Thanks in advance

    • @petrospatrianakos9166
      @petrospatrianakos9166 2 роки тому

      that is... not how chess is played. When you get to these positions you get there, forcing it or trying to should not be your goal. You can play positional chess with queens on the board too, don't worry.

    So many half baked, half assed variations given. Better to avoid the video. There are other better videos with sensible move orders out there. This video is not for anyone even remotely serious about his chess repertoire. ***Only for players below 1000 rating***
