Thanks. I don't have dryer and my towels have lost softness. These tips so helpful 💙
I understand fabric softener lessons the absorption of drying off after bathing. I just use white vinegar as softener-- hang out till almost dry & finish drying in the clothes dryer & always soft. Been doing this method for years.
Doesn't the washing smell off vinager
@@IItzNooty no, the smell goes away as they dry. You should never use fabric softener with towels.
@@IItzNooty I've been using white vinegar for years, and never smelled anything. It helps keep whites white as well which is great for school shirts
Don't they smell of vinegar
i HAVE VERY HARD WATER, MY TOWELS COULD SANDPAPER A WARDROBE. IS THERE A GUARANTEED WAY TO SOFTEN THEM AGAIN.
How old are your towels?
I sometimes dry towels most of the way (after washing with white vinegar) and then give them ten minutes in the dryer. That helps.
Every other video says do NOT use fabric softener.
Lots of tipsters say use baking soda. Is soda crystals the same thing?
If you want your towels to lose 80% of their absorbancy, use fabric softener. Just one use & they'll be less absorbant.
