First 20 seconds of the vid perfectly depict basically 95% of the Air RB battles I partake in. Like goddamn even if I have 10 gun pods somehow and they all shoot at different times to ensure I create a solid wall of bullets, the enemy still passes right through, but then 2 seconds later I get destroyed by a random Ki that just spawned out of their ass.
@@masonreppeto882 actively suffering from that, horrible ballistics, 0 mass, 0 damage, it’s more hurtful to give a rude gesture to the other pilot. I can say I got more maneuver kills than actual kills, this says a lot as I have around 150 battles in the meteor
@@yippeeclawyay2591 I feel your pain as I unlocked all the meteors. Had some solid games in the mk.4 with uncut wings but I'll be damned if that thing didn't break it's wings faster than the sea meteor due to faster acceleration.

I recently played it for quite a long time to research rank 5 and a lot of rank 6 and it’s honestly one of the best planes with the best guns i have ever flown. ( Im already Toptier with Germany and Israel ). In my best round i had 10 Kills and 1 Assist and im still playing it when i want to have fun.
Im grinding rank V American air and was debating on buying and crewing either the F2H-2 or the F9F-2...now I don't even know anymore which rank V to invest in. F9F-2 looking like a let-down
leading in early american jets is harder than any other nations early jets cause 1. the guns suck ass and do almost no damage 2. everything you face will ALWAYS outperform you no matter how good you are 3. cannons are just harder to aim in general due to their ballistics and slower flight speeds compared to actual machineguns 4. Gaijin hates the US so much that its still in the pre-cannon buff era of performances and will never be touched apart from new additions and some mechanics
They're a blast to use now with the fragmentation buff. Very satisfying to see the enemy plane explode instead of the usual 50cal fire or pilot snipe kill

Do either the F-80s or the F-84s. They weren't affected by the cannon nerfs and they're pretty decent.
