Good to see your enjoying the sport! A few winters ago I spent some time doing skeleton. Ultimately I wasn’t able to fully commit to the sport, because it’s a huge commitment. But as crazy as it was sliding head first down the track, it was probably one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done.
Good luck and hopefully you can make the team for the olympics next year.

Really interesting. I have watched Bob Sleighing from time to time during Olympic season but never really took much notice of the actual vehicle and how it operates. Though I did always wonder about how it was controlled once you start and then when you stop. Really fascinating and you're lucky to have the chance to try different sports at such a high level. But its not surprising since you work so hard.

Maybe you can't discuss it because of trade secrets and all. I would be curious to know more specifics about how your bobsled workout is different than your typical workout. Also maybe how Crossfit is able to contribute to being a bobsledder. Usually, sprinters are selected the ones they convert to bobsledders. (not that you are slow, but if I recall you were a middle-distance runner)

Too bad nobody wants to play a game of HORSE
Challenge for challenge, skill for skill - first person to spell HORSE, loses. Like the game of SKATE.
I challenge anyone. Called out Rich, he’s scared. Called out Fraser, his liver is still recovering.
Too bad there isn’t a single athlete willing to stand up to this old dad who trains out of his garage.
    Props on cool runnings
