Such a great series. And a great host and crew. Every time I say "Ok. One more episode." I end up watching another one and another one and before I know it it's 3:00 am in the morning.
The Great State of Michigan! Second coolest in the Union (after California, of course). Well-done, upbeat, informative video. Tom's sure got it: MI's the place to be.
The, now ugly color purple, house at 15:01 is the house I grew up in. It was a more peach colored house when I lived in it and it used to have a white picket fence too. Not sure if that is still there though. Never understood why they chose such an ugly color. It'd be easy to tell relatives where to go, just look for the ONLY purple color house in Milford.I'd give anything to live there again someday though. Love that place, great memories. My first elementary school was Baker, since demolished though :(.
Colasanti's....isn't this in Highland MI NOT Milford???? I used to live in Highland, and the store is on Milford Rd but is actually in HIGHLAND. YES????
+sandra grudzen Yes, Colasanti's is actually in Highland, just like Milford High School is in Highland. I went there when it was the Milford Redskins, now Mustangs. If it could no longer be called the Redskins, the Mustangs was probably the next best choice IMHO.
What are you, a politician or something? It's the 21st century, most human beings probably don't care. Nothing wrong with being laidback. You sound bourgeoisie to me.

Kalamazoo is my love.

I agree. California is number one with Michigan at a close second place.
Collis Aunties Market?! Come on! It's Colisantis Market in Highland, MI on Milford Road.
Love it! I live here
