- There aren't many mods on my 2015 KTM RC 390 but here's a list of all of them:
Brembo RCS19 Master Cylinder from BuffMoto
Rearsets - INR 8-9K from Aliexpress
Custom Tail Tidy - Less than 100 bucks
HID Setup with 5000K CNLight Bulbs - INR 2000
EBC HH Sintered Brake Pads - INR 2900
R&G Frame Sliders - INR 9000
Future Mods:
1. Power Commander 5
2. Arrow Exhaust
3. K&N Air Filter
4. 320mm KTM Powerparts Disk
5. Vortex Clip-on Handlebars
6. Ohlins Rear Shock

Get a quickshifter kit bhai ... that would be more fun then a brembo reservoir kit for the track as wellas on the streets ... 😆😀

Yes.
Front can be done, rear shock needs a special compression machine. Not available in India.
Otherwise a rear shock of r6 99-02 is a perfect replacement for rc390 shock but it also requires a rebuild

I too have done a RCS 19 master cylinder mod. Not having that much bite. 320 mm disk. And sintered brake pads. New pads are used. When I swapped it for a stock, I got more bite. Any idea y this is happening?

I have a 2016 R15s but to my surprise the lights are shitty( a common problem though ), you being an ex-owner of r15v2, I request you for your advice on how to fix this issue. Inspite of being so much powerful they don't help in night riding at all.
Yea they are quite bad. I had installed HIDs on them as well. Although it kinda blinded the person in front due to absence of a projector to prevent the light to scatter a lot. I'd say get a new setup with hids and projectors. In addition you'll also get light rings

Are you planning to install powertronic ECU in your bike, I have heard it is good with Duke390 & RC390. Also you can check whether you can replace the stock plugs to iridium spark plugs, that will improve its fuelling. Now-a-days, RC390 is coming with Ride-by-Wire throttle, is it plug-n-play in older RC390s?
Some things are plug and play whereas many aren't if you compare the older versions with the new one.
And no, no ecu as of yet
if you gonna upgrade the spark plugs then you also have to upgrade the ignition coil
I think the spark plug itself can do good throttle response 50-60% of that the ignition coil & iridium combo. Iridium plug is plug n play, but ignition cable replacement isn't.

4300K to 5000K is a good range.
Foggy and rain conditions should have 4300K or even lower for better visibility

hey man nice to see your RC, i have RC 390 with freeflow exhaust and powertronic. i muself have a indian tail tidy. nice rearsets planing to get from aliexpress myself. how far and higher they go compared to stock footrests. reagarding reducing weight of your bike get a freeflow big weight reduction with powertronic. powertronic is awesome and i am running my personal map. let me know if you need to know about powertronic. we should meet if you dont mind. ride safe. tc

THe video editing and especially the smooth words spoken is awesome.
the Upgrade of Master Cylinder is great.
But Master cylinder as it is does not equate to more Breaking Power its just for Rider/User requirement of what type of Lever feel, yes just lever feel/feedback. Kindly do not by pass the ABS system

if you have got HH from EBC then i would say that is still not enough, Since you have mentioned you do 'Track Days'
try 'EP' FA 606HH from EBC that will sort out the Break bite.

nah.. no diffrnce while riding.. but i fill nitroge only coz it doesnt leak that easily.. aftr about 2 months i got it topped up n it ws like only 5 psi leak hui. Nd ha HP k petrol bunkr se dalao to 20/- for each tyre and 5 rs for each tyre top up later.

Nitrogen filled air is like mineral water compare to pure distilled water ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) got it brother. Not much difference if you don't care filling normal air in your vehicle once a month

Remove the mudguard. Look it up on youtube. Plenty of videos. The rest of it is just ghetto repair on his part. You can find your own way around. Nothing complicated. Probably may even find an aftermarket adapter.
