I have to come to Mike's defence. He suffered horrific injuries as a result of the coach crash and fought his way back to health, despite many long term challenges. As Bucks Fizz songs were written for four vocalists to blend their harmonies, it's difficult for one male vocal to create the sound of two. He is much loved by Fizz fans.
Thanks for your kind words Louise - I totally agree with you. Mike has a totally different vocal ability to what Bobby had - I long for them to one day perform 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 but I know that will always be bobbys song, don’t think Mike would be able to perform it as like I say different vocal abilities. Don’t reckon Bobby could perform now those days are gone either. Still love them tho after all these years and we’re lucky they still keep going for us fans
Mike is absolutely fine, its amazing he's still singing to this day ,and dont forget he has tunnel vision aswell, we'll done cheryl and jay aswell. Its a pitty alot of the audience were talking,and making a lot of noise.well done The Fizz keep going .❤❤❤

Mike was very flat please get another male in to help him. The Girls Sound Great but I Felt For poor Mike
Shame Bobby McVey left. They really need a second male vocalist. Mike Nolan's voice is far too weak and he is often flat or sharp.
Everything seemed too high for Mike Nolan, was singing flat, spoilt it as girls vocals were good..
His voice is not strong enuff anymore
