I don’t know how to connect loose thighs and tight ankles (I can’t stand that most of regular fit jeans don’t go together with pinroll which is must have in my way of style - wearing pants without pinroll makes me feel sloppy and uncomfortable)

My shoulder are 1 or 2 cm’s broader than my waist though. I’m 15. Height is 5’7 and my torso is sufficiently smaller than my legs overall. My legs are a couple inches under double the length of my torso. Idk if I should consider myself normal or small. Which am I?
