at the 15 min mark you had 2 random encounters spawn at same time Warrick is just a sniper raider who attacks everything, first time i saw him i thought it was another broken quest or Wanted like Talon company

I don't think Tinker Joe is random, is he? I've always run into him here. Weird that they would give some random encounter guy a full name, but that's Bethesda for ya! Shame I couldn't save the wastelander he was hunting, maybe she had something interesting to say about him.
