night 1 : slight pressure on my eyes while listening, for the results i didnt see much but there is still some difference and the features that i disliked started to compliment my good features.
night 2 and 3 : i have skipped them because beside this sub i use alot of other subs that caused me a headache so my subconscious needed a break
night 4 : i havent looked at the mirror so i'm gonna make sure that i am updating for y'all in the morning, i actually felt slight pressure on my jaw, specifically on my left gonion, and the thing is that i have a jaw assymetry where my right gonion is stronger than the left one, and that made my chin to slightly be pulled by my right gonion, so this means that this sub knows my assymetries and he's trying to fix them!
night 8 : skipped too much so i gotta go back lol, i apologize for not updating these days but, here's what i noticed, my lashes are somehow longer and curlier even tho i am a guy, my face doesnt really have that much striking features but, i just look at myself at the mirror and damn, i just love to see my face, its average but somehow beautiful, i think this has an impact on ur mindset and self love, imma keep updating y'all i promise

@@meher5633 so last night i listened for 30min, felt some slight pressure on my eyes and when i woke up in the morning my oversized nose has actually got reduced a little bit from the bridge and tip but its still wide but it actually compliments other features, my jaw is sharper from the front than usual, there weren't any drastic results but its good for just 1 listen.
