Welcome back, in this video I’ll be testing 2 different ECO 4 & 6 wicks to see what’s the best fit on a 2.5” diameter container. Surprising ending, so watch the whole video. What do you recommend for soy candles with embeds on top( succulents). I tried so many but I can't find the good one. It's 4"jar diameter.

I think your best bet for such a wide diameter would be to double wick, follow the manufacturer's instruction, but I would try by using double CDN-3 place an inch apart.

@@CandleRomance thank you so much. I tried the htp wicks -all sizes (3wicks per container) , and I was thinking of buying the eco wicks, to try. Is there a reason why you recommend the CDN wicks instead ? Thanks for your help

@@sarah-leechaar1822 I work with SoyBliss wax and I find it a perfect match every time I use the CDN wicks. It's the only wick series that has given me the flame I need on my candles. Now, I can only recommend the wick series that has worked for me, everyone has different results depending on the environment too (too cold, or too hot) drafts, etc.

I thought the supplier who sold you the jars and wax tell you what wick to choose??? Is that not correct???

I bought the vessels at dollar tree. Candle supplies only give you a guideline on which wick to use depending on the wax and diameter of the vessel. Most of the time the recommended size is not the ideal wick, but it's a starting point to keep testing.
