The knife sharp program actually does more than just sharpen the edge. They tear it apart and replace, lube etc any parts that need replaced. The couple knives I sent in came back way smoother than I could get to be.
It's the first Benchmade I've wanted in a while. It's reasonably priced, which is odd for them lately.

To me, this is an Adamas-sized knife with a blade that can actually cut - thinner and not coated with that horrible asphalt-looking junk. I’m down for it.
Reminds me of a water version of the Griptillian! I love the Griptillian. It's one of my most favorite Benchmade knives. That blade looks identical but bigger! I love how big the full size is!
It is a Griptilian with a Magnacut blade for a $100ish premium in a box with billboarding from the marketing department.
Magnacut needs 64 and up HRC

BM is going DOWN! Mark my words… quality and price caused it… similar to COLD STEEL. Both are not liked as before! Facts not opinion. And add this too … MAGNACUT is grossly overrated.
The pocket clips was found to rust. I switched it out for a Lynch ti clip. One UA-camr tested the HRC and I believe it was right around 60 which was a little disappointing.
I like it! Still $250.00 a little pricey.

Heavy duty? Have they done something about the weak stop pin? The new ones have a stop pin held together by tiny screws that get sheared off easily. The old Griptilians had a big stop pin machined into the frame.

Personally, I prefer Spyderco's salt series over these new Benchmade salt knives👍 A Spyderco Native 5 in Magnacut is significantly cheaper and more noticeably more slim and easier to carry.
Spyderco's FRN feels a lot more sturdy/robust than the grivory scales on new Benchmade Adira and mini Adira👍
I love the adira but I noticed some small spots of corrosion from just carrying it in my pocket. Blade grind is a little wonky too.
Love your content. Even if I was rich I would never pay bench made prices, for a pocket knife.
I heard the rock well is 61 62.that works.
No 62 - 64 is where it should be . At least for all round use .
I like the color but if used in “deep” water, I believe orange would be a better choice just in case.
