The WORST DC08 is now one of the BEST! After Refurbishment.

The terrible Dyson DC08 from a little while ago is done and ready to go back to it's owner, working 110% better than before! What did it take to get it working, and was it worth it?

Great job Sam. I use my green/purple DC08 to vacuum my and my daughter's cars. I think they're really great machines. I think your customer will be a very happy customer Indeed.

Nice video mate and great machine. You got the pad filter in wrong. Pad filter goes in first then the scrim goes on top with teeth on top of the pad.

Is there anywhere you know of that sells Dc08 wand handles? I've only seen the Dc19 handles. Does the DC08T hose or handle fit the Dc08?

I accidentally picked up some wet hair with Dyson V11 Outsize. I tried cleaning it out by sticking my finger in the opening vent. I did manage to get some hair out but will the cyclones end up getting clogged?

If the hair landed in the bin you'll be alright, any residual dampness will get coated in dust and hopefully dry itself out. As long as the thing isn't dripping wet, take the battery out and leave it in a warm place for a few hours and it'll be fine.

@@beko1987 It didn't land in the bin, when it poked my finger in the inlet hole I could take out some small pecks of hair.
