Sir i have confused about to take decision about job live Govt. Or Private. Sir i am the fresher and passed the B.tech in this month. But i have no solution what to do ? But i select through placement drive of our college in a construction company which gives 15k per month( increments every year) with 3 years bond ( keep my original certificates for 3 years). That company at near my home town. Sir pls tell me .... what is the right path to go on 🙏

All that you say is suitable for people who have good background, study, research, skills etc.
1st of all we are pressured to work and gain experience in a middle class family.
We cannot sit at home even for 1-2 months in the early stages.
I am not discouraging you sir, its right what u say.
But u do know that construction is a minimum 12hour work, leave travelling and traffic.
Also theres too much nepotism in the industry like L&T, sobha, Cccl etc.
What you are guiding is very motivating and true.
My main motto of this comment is pls teach us about how to tackle this nepotism and other areas.
Technical teachers are plenty in the society.
I appreciate your hard work, you have a following hence i am expecting you tell everyone the black side of the industry and create an awareness.
