- I had to mask out the text of this classic Feature Presentation title card in order to put in my own text. I figured I could upload a blank one here in case anyone wanted to use it for themselves.

EL SHOW DE RODSQUARE
Hi!!! Is this a puhblic domain or non copyright video???
Beautiful work man.
I immediately request someone use this to create a "NO ONE CARES" video
You're a hero
Music is Funky Fanfare, aka Soul Thing, composed & recorded in London in 1968 by Keith Mansfield & released on KPM1038-Flamboyant Themes Vol. III. It was used for the Astro Daters series of snipes made by the National Screen Service in the late 1960s & on Pit Boss on Animal Planet. The Astro Daters' "Our Next Attraction" was featured in Kill Bill & Death Proof from Quentin Tarantino.
is this public domain ?
I think this is part of the KLM Music Library, from a studio in London in 1968 with conservative men in suits with ties running things. So there may be a copyright on the music, at least. In general, if something is published before 1923, it's public domain. If published 1923-1977, but no ©notice, it is public domain due to failure to renew. 1964-1977, if published with notice: ©expires 95 years after publication date.
I'd be really interested in knowing how they made that colorful pattern behind the text.. I'd like to try and make my own graphic just the way they did
Seems like colour lights cycled either through or underneath a glass bottle? I'm not 100% sure but that's what it looks like
It's a very close shot of a cameral lens that has been distorted and colour shifted.
im pretty sure the camera lens is also focusing
I remember this in movie theaters in the 70s
Awesome! Thank you for posting:)
Thank you! I have been looking for this 😻
We need to add this to kineMaster
That is a perfect Public Domain part.
this is exactly what ive been looking for thank you
Thank you soooooo much.
Thanks so much this is splendid work
Awesome job dude, many people will be grateful for this, including me!!
I should upload my After Effects working file at some point, so people can just replace the text with whatever they need. One day ill get to it!
Nah, let people do the work. I'm just really curious about how you achieved this. Often when removing something like the letters in the original footage you can notice, but this one is just PERFECT! How the hell did you make it?
@@thefrikanih7390 Ha! Fair enough. If you look closely you can make out a rectangle in the middle of the screen, thats where I masked out the text. I used masks and feathering. I duplicated layers underneath and stretched them out to fill in the empty space, etc. I can see that box a mile away, but with text overtop you cant really notice it.
I know, I also can notice mistakes in my videos as well miles away, but I really tell you, this one is amazingly done, great job!
Can you do a 4:3 (open matte) version of this? Just wondering.
Nice
How hard was it to mask the text out?
Oh and thank you so much for providing this for people.
Hey! It wasnt too hard. I used after effects, where I masked out some of the text and in its place is a duplicated and stretched out version of the surrounding video. You can kind of see a rectangle where the text should be. I have an After Effects file now where you can add in whatever text you want.
@@JohnyJables You did a pretty good job on it! Couldn't even tell until I took a closer look at it. What version of AE did you use?
Is the background copyright?
hey do you know of this title card is in the public domain?
Hey! I do not know if its public domain.
The music isn't. It's licensed by APM in the US. I paid $400 for it.
@@pegbars That’s awesome! What was the process like?
