The casualty figures seem to be taken from the ceiling or, more likely, from the words of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Why are the losses of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation only 1.5 - 2 times less than the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine? Since both armies have the same military experience, both of these armies originate from the Soviet army, and both are fighting in a positional war, and therefore have the same fortress level. but only the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have 5-10 times more artillery (the main item of losses in this war) and 5-10 times more aviation (the second largest item of losses).
Ukraine is just making up high numbers to keep up moral.
Because the sides are increaseing number of causulties of other country also as you said russia has more equipment
And yes Russia is battling with their equipment but ukraine uses any equipment they so sometimes they aren't familiar with all things that equipment is capable of unlike Russians

Not really, for example, in 2023, Russia produced 60-70 T-90M tanks, of which only every third was brand new and the rest were T-90A modernizations. In total, in 2023, Russia produced 350 tanks (the vast majority of which were reconstructions of older models), and approximately 1.2-1.3 thousand were taken out of warehouses, which helped compensate for the losses incurred during this time. In the following years, the warehouses will be completely emptied and the equipment with which the USSR planned to defeat the entire NATO and reach Portugal will be used to capture small towns on the Ukrainian steppe.
