- An NHS hospital has advised staff to avoid describing babies as "born male or female" and instead use "assigned male/female at birth."
The guidance from James Paget University Hospitals Trust aims to promote inclusive language, as outlined in its ‘Celebrating Pride’ document.
The guide includes an LGBTQ+ glossary and advises staff to avoid phrases like "ladies and gentlemen" and "homosexual," suggesting alternatives like "everyone" and "gay" to be more respectful.
It also discourages using gendered terms such as "mailman" or "fireman."

Because the other countries are already in complete control. The whole reason for this is to destroy culture so you can have a Coup or revolution. When doing repairs explaining how parts of a gearboxes work I say things like "this little guy here" referring to say, a dog clutch machanism and "mother with the rolling pin, this little shift pin, tells it to engage this gear, big brother that misbehaves and you have to time the shift right or little sister gear that does what shes told and engages easily under spring tension"

@@JeanWebb-k3y unfortunately, the woke people don't really care about this tiny percentage of the population. This is the one group who really need our help. I have an Hermaphrodite Uncle. In the 1950s, he was said to be a male but over time, it was discovered that he had female organs too. Eventually the female organs were removed and he told us he now felt human. I have a trans daughter and I am happy with that. I would much rather have her in my life than have her cut ties through a lack of acceptance. My uncle died a few years ago but he and my daughter always believed that we are not 'assigned' anything and my daughter says that it is wrong to force beliefs onto anyone. I can accept anyone and their beliefs because the only thing that matters is how a person treats another. Any activist who tries to force their beliefs on others by abusing the other person is not a good person. My daughter also says I do not have to accept anyone who asks me for my pronouns or insists I am a CIS woman. I am not CIS anything and I was not assigned at birth.
