He is the best for the current restrictions and rules which are height/weight dependent which happens to go in his favor and probably would stay the best if they don’t change them which is very unlikely since there are a lot of critics in the community. (it favors certain bodytypes with longer necks its a little bit too low etc ) and rules have changed in the past. There were physiques out there which would dominate chris in aesthetics and proportions but not at the current limits. Look at lee haney, phil heath 2005 etc

Love Jay’s knowledge as a legend but he’s tough to watch on video because his low energy puts me to sleep. For real his voice+tone is so flat he’s like watching a depressed lethargic person. And I think his charisma score is -88. But he’s a good dude and a legit role model so I respect the man greatly
