- I'm a huge River admirer. Just so you know. And a crazy River/Doctor shipper. I love how their relationship is developing on a new season (maaan, that monologue...I had rivers of tears, no pun intended). I'm dying to know who River is, too bad we don't see Alex Kingston often on the show. So i tried to tell Doctor/River story, at least those parts of it we already know.
Some manipulations, voiceovers and slow-mo is love.

this was a wonderful video, but when river says "the day's coming when I'll look into that man's eyes- my doctor- and he won't have the faintest idea who i am" i would have kept, "I think it's going to kill me," and used her line from Silence in the Library, "he looks right through me, and it shouldn't kill me but it does," and then cut to her final scene. i think it's beautiful, the way she knows that the day the doctor doesn't know her will be the day she dies.
This is very well done. River and the Doctor have such a tragic love story. Surely with his abilities he could set it right? Must see them together again! I want to see affection and hugs and more of those amazing kisses!
This is so amazing! I really love River as a character and as the Doctors Wife. Moffat is a badass in connecting storylines. And this one he made perfect. Perfectly sad. We watched her die before we even saw her live. And now we know about her death as well as the doctor. I don't want her to disappear :( Lovely Video! 3
It's amazing how the earlier the episode, you get a sense that the doctor is so much younger, and river is so much older. They're just that good at what they do!

Thanks for making this! I feel like seeing it all put together like this just makes things clearer. I may have understood how it all fits together but it's different seeing everything. It makes sense why she gets so scared sometimes. It's not arrogance. It would be very scary realizing that someone you are close to doesn't know you or soon wont know you.

Alex Kingstong returns in the Series 7 season finale as River Song. Though.......the name of the Episode......is The Doctor's Name.......Im PRAYING to the Doctor Who Gods that the writers arent stupid enough to revel his name, and, I think this may be the episode were River goes to The Library.
Where's the clip in 0:41 from? I don't recognize it. And who's the blonde girl around that time? But anyway, the video is great.
