Nice job. Threaded rods with nuts looks good along with burning. I just finished my stand but needed to add 3rd row of 6x6. My anvil is larger. I used liquid nails and long timber lock screws to attached. It extremely solid. At same time , I staggered each section of 6x6 for added strength. Just had to add 2 pieces of decking board to fill gap when staggered. Will be adding workbench casters at base to assist with moving.
Nah man worth the effort... I just finished mine today. I've only got a crappy 44lbs anvil so I only used 4 6x6s and only 3/8 rod/nuts... the bigger rods/nuts look so much better. if you do anything like this in the future I recommend threading a nut on to save the threads as you pound it through. Wish I saw your video before I finished mine lol... jealous of your dog too lol
