I used to live in Brighton in 70s while I was studying in Sussex between 1975 and 1979 . Great town and the brightionions are the best people in england. Each time i visit England I make sure to visit Brighton, though all my classmates are gone however i enjoy visiting Brighton, and some of the people are still there . It is like my second home, i spent my youth in Brighton, now i wish i could spent my retired life in Brighton.
My brother also recently shifted from London to Brighton. He is feeling socially disconnected as he doesn't have any friends over there. Please if you can help him connect with people in Brighton 🙏
It"s changed so much, the nightlife has gone, the fashionable people have gone. Everyone on the streets is overrweight and scruffy, it just makes the city look grim all the time because of all these scruffy shameless ugly people
@pratiksakhiya6852 I am sorry as I said all my class mates have left Brighton and only a few people that in know who are 80 plus are still there. How old is your brother and where dose he live in Brighton
Nice editing. You do make my city look very vibrant which is true. I am just about to move to my new apartment by the sea in Hove and hope the sunset is as nice as yours in the video.
Omg. This is a lovely video. I am so excited to move to Brighton from Vietnam. Big chance of my life. Never been in Europ countries before. Thank you so much for sharing

I absolutely love Brighton, it is a magical place,I lived there in the sixties,I have visited there all my life from the age of six.we still go there for days out.The people are such a crazy lovely mix, there is nothing I enjoy more than sitting outside a pub “people watching,”I never get bored from doing that. The only time we noticed a change in the upkeep of Brighton was when the Green Party took over( did not expect it,but Brighton suddenly became dirty and scruffy.)let’s hope it gets better again now,❤️Chrissy
Indeed Brighton and brightionions are the best people , I use to live in 66 east street brighton above wimpy if you remember . Near old stean bus stop . ..
Brighton is my dream place to live and go to collage. Ig I cant say much since I literally haven’t been before but it’s seems so charming and chill. Can’t wait to visit one day! Great video 😊
No the bus 5£ all day saver you can use it all day till midnight from bus to bus if you like to discover all the city county side ,now it's @ 5.50 day saver ticket, welcome to Brighton and there is some rental at less prices ,you just have to check different places .
Yeah great it’s the only cash handling business i know that hand their customers a credit note rather than make change. Of course you never get to spend it. Take a taxi, it actually costs less including a tip. If i’m going to spend ten pounds on a bus fare, you got to rip me once you will never get me twice. Covid paid off and they are doubtless getting it to pay off still to this day.
Brighton is an amazing town! There are so many dreadful things about the dump, but the pretentious people who live there just can't see the wood for the trees! The drugs, the graffiti, the litter, the council, the parking, the traffic, the beach, the grotty housing, the beggars, the list is endless. Its only "desirable" and expensive because its an hour from London! Bath is the town Brighton could have been, but instead, its beautiful georgian buildings, have become squalid bedsits, surrounded by ravenous seagulls feasting around the communal street bins, during the annual summer bin strike! Enjoy, I lived there for 50 years, and thankfully escaped, never to return!😂
If you're paying £5 every trip for a bus ticket I think you've been ripped off, or maybe you mistaken you're only went on The tourist buses I'm pretty sure the fairies fixed at £2 per journey.
Brighton used to be (20+ years ago) really glamorous, it had a thriving underground and people dressed well, fashionably. Brighton now is shabby, everyone is scruffy , the glamour left, it's not cool anymore
AirBNB is making it unaffordable for Brighton residents to live in Brighton since the pandemic so many interesting and creative people have been displaced 😢
I've got an offer to study Msc in User experience design at Brighton University. Can you tell me how good is the University? And how good is the city and expenses.
You got ripped off with the price of rent for a 1 bed in Brighton. I live in London and you can get 1 beds with a garden in a good location for that price. Always do your research

Are they still wearing sweater in April? Is weather still cold?
Yes unfortunately 🥲It's still cold even in May
I checked on AirBNb and there are no apartments even close to that price 😩
Yesssss it's quite expensive and we were lucky that we found a landlord could rent us a month for a lower rent since it wasn't the peak season.
Love it 🔥
Basically not work to do, only a few turistic shops. So sad...
Oh My God that's so expensive!
Yes but we had a really nice time. Our rent was £1400 and you can't really drive depends where you can park it if you know what i know
