Always loved Linda and Bernie, they had something a bit extra special, they are almost like twins.
For sure when appeared on Top of Pops with evil creep cigar muncher monster just know sisters in sexist male dominated industry watched Savile like a hawk with each other & esp Coleen as youngest.Sisters grafted ,earned their way for that you have tip your hat & give them respect.
Thanks for sharing your story. It's inspire me to go on with my ups and downs in life.
LOL... Linda is hilarious, she's always the wittiest in the interviews. But though know we all think of Bernie as 'tragic', this isn't fair because she has an amazing legacy carved from entertaining and moving many fans across the globe. RIP.

What a sad situation leaving the other 2 sisters from the book. When these guys talk about not seeing each others individual writing, would it not have been most excellent to have allowed the missing 2 sisters to have also written their own parts to. The book would have been much better had all of them had a chance to air their own experiences. I'm no writer, but a mere fly on the wall.But just speaking how I see it.
Accusations of dad sexually abusing the missing 2, lead to a family feud.
And probably why their p.o.vs werent welcome for book

So they left the other 2 sisters out of the book? They don't get to have their say in the book? That is not nice at all.
They fell out because their father sexually abused them.

Ps I think Eamonn, is our NI Hero, she says it how it is, just as we do, but still think my home town boy Liam Neeson, not so far way boy in Coleraine Mr Nesbitt, not to mention our golfers Graham Mc Dowell and Darren Clarke, just ordinary folk....... just goes to show we do something good in de north.

well you can claim if you aren't working a certain amount per week. When you write a book I don't know what that constitutes as. If she had thousands and thousands in savings she wouldn't be able to claim anyway. So she can't be rich.

jonathean smith do you have to bring people down when these people have gone through hard times? It shows how compassionate you are as a person! If someone writes a book, who is to say that they make any money on it? They may not sell any copies? I am sure they had to declare their income and the tax office recalculated their benefits? People accused me of hiding a pension from selling my kids on the internet! There are some horrible people making terrible accusations without proof or understanding of what I have been through! How would you feel if you had a caesarean and given one child only to find out 11 years later that the midwife took away your kids without your permission and then get accused by some random stranger on the internet that you sold your kids and are hiding the money! It’s disrespectful and I find it terribly upsetting! I am a survivor just like these ladies!
