    I love this!!! Grew up eating lamb... You should try minced cucumber in your sauce with the yogurt, adds so much texture and flavor. Thanks for sharing 😊

    Hey Guys! When I saw Pulled Lamb.....I couldn't hit the play button fast enough! :-) Liked the experiment using leg and all those seasonings. You made it work and looked great with that smoke ring and it pulled nice. Very nice sandwich with that sauce and cabbage. You've got me hungry for some naked lamb shoulder now! :-) Smoke On! 🐑 ✌️

      We wanted to use a shoulder, but price was just to much. This made for a great experiment though, and it was phenomenal! Thanks for coming by! ✌️

    Your pulled lamb sandwiches look so delicious- my wife says I have a “picky pallate “ and am afraid to try lamb- but it looks so good. Shout out to Kenneth and NTBG...( I want a hat).

    • @BarlowBBQ
      @BarlowBBQ  5 років тому

      Louis you NEED to try some lamb!!! I was weary at first too, but now I love it. Go for some lamb shoulder chops (thinner cuts than lamb chops), season however you like and grill em up over high heat. That will make for a good introduction! 👍👍

    I love lamb but don't have it a lot since it's pricey but boy so good. I love the combination of spices you guys used, plus the sauce looks delicious! Great job!

    • @BarlowBBQ
      @BarlowBBQ  5 років тому

      That sauce was so good - loved it on that sandwich! Yeah lamb is definitely pricey, that was the main reason we didn’t use a shoulder for this video, it was just much. But the leg was delicious and made for a great experiment (and great bbq)! ✌️

    What was the total time on this cook? 2.5 hours total or 2 hours before the wrap and 2.5 hours after?

    • @BarlowBBQ
      @BarlowBBQ  2 роки тому +1

      It's been awhile since we made this video, but I'm guessing it was a couple hours on the grill, then wrap and back on the grill until tender 👌

    Very nicely done! The hardest part was paying for the lamb I bet? What type of wood did you use for smoke? I don't recall you mentioning it?

    • @BarlowBBQ
      @BarlowBBQ  5 років тому +1

      Well the main reason we went with the leg was because lamb shoulder is so much more expensive lol! But I’m really glad we used this cut as many folks don’t think you can get pulled lamb from the leg. We typically use hickory for smoking with, but for this cook I think it was cherry! Thanks so much for coming by, have a great weekend! ✌️
