Bhai log ek mistake hogaya hai 25k nahi 15k ki difference hai colors scheme me Extremely sorry 🙏 Edit - Guys Bangalore on road price starts from 3.44L enquired from showroom.
As much as I agree with your points based solely on what you have understood, I beg to differ and possibly correct due to the following reasons: 1) It doesn’t make sense to purchase the second batch of the Himalayan based on what I’ve experienced being an owner. Because the 2016 models had issues and so did the most recent ones including the 2021 BS6 Himalayan which I’ve owned. Yes, some previous problems will be sorted out every year but newer problems come up every year. 2) Although it is logical to wait for the tubeless version, the price of the motorcycle itself will be hiked by 10-20k next year adding to the additional 30k tubeless option. We have the introductory prices mow and it is best to avail this offer, and act opt to add the tubeless kit by only paying the 30k at a later date. 3) This current Himalayan is being provided with tubeless radial tyres (with tubes). So there will be no requirement to change the tyres except for the rims and the remaining kit.
Bulu bhai.. The price difference of Triumph Scrambler 400x & The New Himalayan (Top variant) here in Assam, Guwahati is just 13k. 400x is 3.15 on road & the Himalayan is 3.28(Hanle Black). So, I think The RE Himalayan will be a much more good option for me.
@5:10 . 15k extra for Top variant is not just a color/Trim change. It also comes with Exel Aluminium Rims. Also the highest booking model as of now is Top End Hanley Black. Not the base variant @10:50 . Himalayan 450’s Ceat tyres are Tubeless Tyres with Tube. So can be used to with Tubeless Rims.
Bulu bhai, I bought a brand new RE Himalayan 411 in 2019 & had a bitter experience with it. Overall the bike performed well in respect of its ergonomics & I was satisfied with the pricing also. But after the first servicing I took the bike to a remote mountain trail & to my horror the rear tyre was punctured. It was a solo ride & I'd to walk back almost 3 k.m to a shepherd camp to get help leaving the bike alone in the wilderness...they were kind souls who provided me food & shelter for the night. Next morning with the help of the shepherds, I dragged the bike towards the motorable road, loaded it in a Mahindra Pickup & repaired the puncture in the nearest town. After arriving in my residence I was so exhausted & frustated & in the heat of the moment I sold the bike when the speedometer only clocked 1700+ k.m. The point of telling all this is I suggest all prospective new RE Himalayan 452 buyers to think twice before buying it OR go for it if you've good skill to repair tube tyres in cold remote offroad locations. I would be happy if RE privides the new Himalayan 452 with spoke wheels & tubeless tyres in India too. Lastly I totally agree with Bulu bhai that RE is charging too much for the color scheme & if I ever consider buying it ,I'll rather go for the base model & get a latest color ppf wrap of my choice!
Common puncture in remote area goes hand in hand... You're not well prepared or have no skills and with provided tools to remove rear tyre and carry it instead of whole motorcycle. You bought an adventure bike and afraid of difficulty in first adventure.
Even RE service and maintenance also hopeless...I had to switch to Speed 400 after couple of worst experiences with RE company service center in Bangalore. I was using RE 350 ES which was very good
@@kanthalur.N end of the day in India we purchase any bike we can't rely on service centre much. The reason we have to learn from riders abroad majority of them always having knowledge to fix your bike rather than just learning how to ride a bike and expecting service center to do the rest. They focus on the business of selling bikes not fixing bikes
Outex tubeless conversion kit is about Rs 10,000. If RE has managed to reduce the mechanical / electrical / quality issues with his new Himalayan, I'm gonna upgrade to it from my CB350.
One thing is happening good that, ye mid segment bikes me variety bhot increase ho rahi hai, wo bhi achi quality and good features ke sath bikes launch ho rahi hai, definitely this will overtake super premium segment market, reason being ki premium bikes come with a great headache, just buy karna is not the destination to happiness, this suffer continues after buying. So companies should think about launching a mid segment affordable sports bike too, so that people can enjoy the thrill within the limits and at controllable risk. Slowly, the mid segment 350-400cc market will become the new 150-200cc market, and that's good when u see Triumph, RE, Honda, KTM, BMW are fighting for the best product in this segment and introducing premium products, this will expose the new customers to experience the feel of a Much Pricier bikes. And yes Aprilia too is contributing with its RS 457❤, Triumph will be the prominent contender with its 400cc bikes, speed, Scrambler, Thruxton, ADV, Street will help them a lot. Hey Bulu, Excellent points put forward by you. The pricing as of now is purely for the launch. We all know RE's style with regard to pricing. This is to attract all those who are on the lookout for a new motorcycle. And once they have good enough numbers by way of initial sales, most likely, Jan '24 onwards, the process will be hiked. With regard to tyres (Tubeless Spoke) you're right, it will take time & RE being RE, will launch that as a niche/premium bike, with a separate premium price tag, and maybe the base variant gets knocked off. Let's see. It's launching here on 29th Nov. I'm going for the launch. But I will wait until next year to see what RE does, before I put my money there. And as suggested, meanwhile I will rent this bike for a couple of days to see how I feel on it. Test rides for 5kms is not a way to actually get to know how any vehicle will respond on tarmac/off road. Thanks for sharing your inputs. Ride safe & tc!

@BuluBiker Bhai, ek different type of comment here as a welwisher viewer. I was watching your video on my TV and realised that the experience is absolutely different. I would request if you could record your videos with the camera a little further from your face. In this video, i realised your face and hands were moving too much and on the large 55inch screen it becomes a little unpleasant in watching especially for long form video. I hope I was able to explain in some meaningful way. ❤ your energy and enthusiasm, as always.
B positive your bike does not take you on your rides its you who push your bikes on the rides, aone local cycle walon ko cycle ka puncture banate dekha hai, bina tyre khole, tube ko khinch kar, just like that i repaired my tbts puncture in farakka while going to sikkim, wiho bhi during the evening in failing lights, tube or no tube, keep riding, b positive...
