- well it felt great to finally get back out on the bank and wet a line or 2 ... to be honest i was not expecting to do that well on this trip due to the weather and having my 7 yr old son with me for 3 days

I was talking to one of the guys that work down there and he said there is a temporary ban on boats and spodding
Not sure if only on lake 7 tho
He mentioned it was because its been heavily cut back and i think he is trying to limit the amount of bait going in.... but he did say it should only be a temporary ban

I normally call the number as well and book but when i was there last the shop was empty untillsomeone went into the shop as the staff were all doing other things around the site and to be honest i never booked the last trip les in the video did ...iam really sorry i cant give you a better or more helpful answer

Keep it simple and dont get caught up in all these fancy rigs, i finding dna baits to be doing well at the moment as well as robbin reds and always have a few maggots cos you can always switch to lighter gear and have some fun for a while
