2:36 I normally replace the traditional laces to lock 🔒 laces as a slip on 👟. But when I first wear new slip ins, they’re very comfortable with heel pillows and I don’t have to worry about rubbing my back against the shoes again.
I like laceless shoes myself. If I had to buy shoes with laces, I would pre lace the shoe strings, making sure my feet can easily slip in, and slip out easily without, unlasting the shoe strings and, sticking the eyes of the laces inside under the shoe strings.
I just got my first pair of Sketchers with the Hands free slip on. I got the work style model Sunmits SR Enslee all black. I’m a fast food workers so we have to have all black non slip shoes. I needed new shoes again. I was using a pair from Walmart I got in June last year. After 9 months the shoes needed to be replaced. Work gave me a 25% off coupon for the work style Sketchers. After my coupon and with the shoes being on sale I paid $56 for them. My mom told me she heard that sketchers are good for people who have back pain. So she said she hopes they are better on my feet for my back pain.
Thank you for your opinion. I presently need support shoes. For years I had SAS free time but now they are too expensive for me in the $200 range. I’d like to try the slip on with the arch support. Take care
Nice review. I bought two pairs of Slip ins the other week from a Skechers outlet store. I got the ones without laces. They had the BOGO buy one get 50% off 2nd pair. They were 79.99 each individually priced. So I paid $120 for the two. They are very comfortable and so easy to put on. I had to go down a 1/2 size. My usual size was slightly loose. I have arthritis in my left hip and it's very hard to put my regular lace up sneakers and other shoes on. In fact it's at the stage it's almost impossible for me as it causes me so much pain. I am getting surgery done on my hip so it's at that stage I just can't reach down to that one side anymore. The right side I'm still ok. So these slip in shoes are a bit of a lifesaver and convenient for people like myself who have some kind of mobility problem. I would say these shoes are expensive for sure but when you have some kind of foot problem, some kind of mobility issue. It's worth paying the money just to help your life to be a little easier. For some people it's a struggle to put shoes on. To tie up laces, fasteners etc. And these slip ins that I have without any kind of laces or fasteners makes it one less struggle and can make a difference to someone's day. I think they are awesome! I am going to buy another pair that I saw online. I really like the style of but I could not find the same style in the stores as I went and checked a couple of Skechers stores. So I will have to buy online and pay a bit more. Amazon does have them too as well as the official Skechers website. With buying directly from their website you can get some kind of discount but you still may have to pay shipping.
LOL I went to my favourite Thrift Store and found a pair in almost perfect condition, likely used only a couple of times, I paid $7.99 plus tax, so less than $10.00, that are not lace-up, but they are step-ins, and fit perfectly, beige color, so go with everything. There is no way I would pay what you did.
@@davidhart9457 Or, old lady who died, or someone who decided they just never wore what they'd bought new. I am very grateful for such finds,. I have more pairs of shoes than I am willing to admit to. All are high quality, brand names, and in near perfect condition. Until recently, I have rarely paid more than $5.00 a pair, often less. My neighour will never buy 'used shoes'. I tell her, I would challege her to tell me if she can tell that my shoes are not brand new. Apparently, she prefers to pay $50.00, $100.00 or more, more than I do.
@sjordan7085 I go to Thrift stores regularly. The majority of my clothes, home and garden items are thrift items, second hand. So I've saved a lot of money in that regard. The thing with shoes, I rarely can find my size or there's nothing there in the style I'm wanting. I also I have pain in my feet due to arthritis. So I can't just wear any kind of shoe. So that's a few reasons as to why I sometimes have to buy new.
New subscriber here from Australia. These shoes just have come out here in Australia and i like them but the price over here is huge so waiting till they go on sale at some point. But it dose look cool and for people who can't bend down like me because of my bad knee these would be amazing. thanks for showing us
Welcome and thank you, we have many friends from Australia, love them all. The shoes are great, been wearing mine a lot and so far so good. I would recommend them for sure. Hopefully they will go on sale soon. They have been on the market for over year here and the price is finally coming down. Thanks again
Personally, I wouldn't recommend these slip-ins for hiking as they are surely easy to wear and comfortable to walk with but they lack support for exercise or heavier activities
Ooh! That’s a pricey shoe. The proprietary technology is now available in most similar shoes and I mean same collar/heel cage and responsive sole as $kechers. Now I’m in Asia and these are priced at $32 incl. Turkey Gravy! Elders should get a discount in my humble opinion.
I bought a pair of these but for me, they are not hands-free. I was not able to try them on before buying and I bought my exact size. Maybe I should have bought a size up.
You describe the heel of your new Skechers Slip-Ins as being METAL. Are you certain the heel is METAL and not a COMPOSITE or a PLASTIC material? If you have a magnet, place it on the heel section. If the magnet attaches to the heel, then it is METAL. If not, it is likely a COMPOSITE or a PLASTIC material.
It’s composite of some kind. Sorry miss spoke, it hard enough to be natal though. I am sue if they where metal. we would never be able to fly with them lol thanks for watching
That sucks and surprising to me but everybody’s foot is different. I just love sketchers I just wish they would pay me for all of the love I gave them. Lol

When you find like new shoes at a Thrift store they usually come from some old guy who died.

Amazing shechers shoes my friend,I really love it
Thank you very much
I would love it if there were more available in stores. I don't want to buy shoes online.
I agree there was only one choice of arch fit slips in the store we went to and only about 12 pairs of regular slip in
They are available in every Carnival Shoe
Wow nice sharing my friend !! I never have that in my whole life !!!

@@thephilippineamericancouple OK update I was just able to put them on hands-free. Maybe they just needed some time to break in
That’s good. Enjoy

hard to pay that much for walking shoes.
I have so much difficulty walking that I would pay a hole lot more and have paid more for good shoe, but it is a lot.
Your feet deserve to be pampered.
I couldn't get my toes into the opening in any of the models. Totally disappointed.
That sucks and surprising to me but everybody’s foot is different. I just love sketchers I just wish they would pay me for all of the love I gave them. Lol
You bought Slip-Ins with laces? Jesus...
Yes. This away if you feet swell you can adjust the shoes
Wiener dog approved!
Yes they are indeed. Thank you for watching
