Thanks. I'm still making lots of mistakes and my line/jump tactics are poor. I've figured out a faster way to do the woops and the slanted back corner jump (avoid it) to get consistent 40s laps. Still the fastest A-MAIN winner is doing consistent 36s laps! I'll be doing more offroad racing on this club, tracks change weekly they posted a schedule I shared it on facebook.com/netcruzer01
I can see benefits to both views. From the stand, you can more easily see what is coming up in front of you which helps if you're not familiar with the course, and it most accurately matches real RC racing. The chase cam is nice because it helps you see the car more easily throughout the race. Not sure which I would prefer to be honest. I checked out the game on Steam and it seemed a bit expensive at the moment. Great job on your runs! I am enjoying this content quite a bit 🙂
Ya I’m back on Vic after watching your video. What a ordeal getting set up but now that I’m on , boy do I miss nitro and dirt racing. Hope to see you on the. This view is hard but you are correct, it does give a nice view of the surface
I love this sim and your channel! I really wish the follow cam in this game could be adjusted and tuned by the player. Its so stiff and nauseating to use in real time. Doesn't look as bad on your video. A new more modern version of this sim would be GREAT! The RC world doesn't get much love from the video game world.

Yes you can run out of battery than you have to change it it takes 15 secs to change
Love your vids John, great you’ve been able to keep the content up with vrc. I’m keen to give it a crack now I’ve seen what you have been doing and have ordered a Flysky Noble which should just plug in via USB (in theory). One question, can you whip in the air or is all the airborne stuff taken care of by the game?. I can imagine it’d be a great tool to learn aerial techniques (especially in this view) if the game allowed. Thanks again!

There is some air control based on wheel spin and throttle, it doesn’t feel exactly like a whip but I’m not great at those IRL anyway and have not practiced them in game. Overall, some stuff in this game gets very close feeling real sometimes, and others it does something crazy that pulls you out of it.

Are there 1/10 electric buggies in the simulator? Also can you have camera POV from drivers stand instead of behind?
No 1/10 buggies but you can put on drivers stand. I stay on the stand, I need the perspective based practice..
Hint. When you short a jump and know that it’s going to hit mid chassis hit the gas. It will pull the nose up a bit and stop from flipping onto your lid

IF you RC. YES! If you dont.. play the free version and goto a track and start RC, then YES!
How to find chase cam in vrc pro I'm begginer?
It’s a F key, try pressing F2 a few times to cycle thru the views. There is a VRC PRO manual PDF with the short keys. Change the field of view and the zoom is also very helpful. For actual racing, driver stand view (rostrum) is usually mandatory.

Theses batteries are unrealistic because I drove for around 30 mins and got 43 laps

The physics in this game are terrible XD
You know of a better one that allows you to use your radio? This sim is evolving, its far from perfect but it puts the radio in your hand when you cannot get to a track.
