We not gonna talk about how the one person who never cared weathered he was hated was Christ. He literally made Paul his persecuter the head of his church. Jesus said to forgive everyone, not to condemn for who they hate or love. Paul made it incredibly clear that Jesus’s power was purely in his ability to forgive and purify all sin and that his existence was the main proof of that. Paul was the founder and first pope of the Church, I don’t remember him telling me to try to comprehend hatred.

This priest is very nice and partly right on many things. God WROTE EXACTLY WHO WE ARE - and God is not pure spirit - the Holy Spirit is his spirit but Angels have form and eat and have weight- they met with Abraham and he knew them instantly suggesting they were common then. Sodom and Gomorrah story tells of how the angels walked in to go get Lot out and the men and children (reprobate fallen wanted to rape them) and followed them to Lot’s house as he hurried them to his home it was getting dark and evil people are most evil at night. Read the story. They have form it’s not made of our periodic chart but parts of the periodic chart- God’s kitchen, his ingredients of the universe beyond our understanding we are not given. But we are made exactly in the image of God and the angels- Page 2. Why? Because when the Great War in heaven happened God destroyed everything and seeing 1/3 had worshipped Satan who wanted to steal God’s thrown God made a plan of “redemption”- the singular way that all (all of us who were once angels we just don’t know who initially followed Satan and who didn’t) would be tested and here in earth we get the opportunity to seek truth, find God and Christ as the truth ever present and everywhere once you really learn how to seek and finding is God’s promise to all who seek …an active verb something we must actually do by asking questions! So if we accept Christ as our payment for sin we inherit everything with Christ made Lord of Lord and Kings of Kings by God as his only begotten Son and essentially God who took on the form of man to die for us by LAW as one sin (the fall under Satan when 1/3 followed him) carries the penalty of death so only God who can not die but in his perfection offer up himself to be legal payment that He being Holy is the only possible payment that by his law carries the weight to pay for all sin his children would ever do that if they truly humbly repented to love him and want to be like him no longer living in sin and choosing evil (all that is apart from God) then we would live and our sin blotted out like it never existed. God’s holiness is an all
Consuming fire 🔥 against anything unholy which is why no one who isn’t forgiven in Christ can go near him as they are incinerated forever. Holy ground for instance- we must seek more understanding of the legal meaning of HOLY and the law if broken makes one unholy and unable to be in the presence of God. Before the law was given to mankind this was not a penalty upon us but once the commandments were given to mankind through Moses the law became known and we held accountable to that law the whole Word which is God in the form of words and Christ who is the Word became flesh and walked among us. It’s what there is God’s power in the WORD to change the hearts and minds of man and why there are so many attempts to change to Word and thus reduce its power because it’s no longer the Word of God but something man made and changed for himself to lie guided by Satan who is the lord of lies, the prince of lying world in sin - the son of perdition meaning the only man judge to die by name - is Satan himself me the fallen angels that fell directly to earth also are judged to die but not by name written yet in the Word. Most of the 1/3 that followed Satan has passed through the flesh as required and written in Peter- we must be born from above - our spirit body- our angelic bodies tied to this flesh body by the silver cord that parts when we die and the spirit body returns to God. Example read the parable of Lazarus and the Rich Man- describes what happens when both of these men die at the same time. It’s what exacts right now if we die and if we love God in Christ we are like Lazarus and if we deny God and Christ dying unforgiven then we go to Heave. But across a great gulf or divide that we can’t cross exactly as described- go and read it. It’s amazing that nearly all churches and whole organizations don’t teach what is exactly given to us in perfect view. It’s just not hard. It is if we choose blindness but if we whole heartedly seek we are promised to find all the answers. Einstein loved God and he had a saying that they knew when God had given him some new understanding because it was always SIMPLE. The devil overly makes things or uses complex or complicated bc he doesn’t want everyone to understand or this would all be over and we would already be back with God. We are believing lies and this in confusing like Babylon and why Satan’s world one world Governments are always referred to as Babylon. You won’t hear this is regular churches bc the pastors are too young to know anything and controlled by Satan’s schools of knowledge. One must seek truth as we know how like in science, archeology- Facts- we have very defined categories of how know something is truth& real or false and fake. The Bible is proven to be of perfection in its span of time and congruence beyond the capacity of mankind. Many doesn’t even think of how to make the names of the books having meaning beyond what man would write by itself. Man doesn’t write books with titles meaning “written to man who walks under the Sun” for instance. Would love to chat with you on an interview and bring all the proof that would blow peoples minds in the most beautiful amazing way.

Jesus Christ is hated because you have to live righteous and keep His Devine Law to be with Him. As soon as people realise that they turn away back to their sins. Abandoned. Back to satan their father. Some are even stupid enough to believe in a fake version of Jesus that is satan. This Jesus that they worship gives them everything no matter what they do. That’s dumb.

🤔 What sin did God turn away from?
Genesis 6 KJV 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
♥️ Repentance is a change of mind.
😀 I hope that you repent, ( Change your mind) and put your faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
      Romans 3 KJV 🩸
      25 Whom God hath set forth _to be_ a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
      1 Corinthians 15 KJV
      1-4 ( Gospel ) ✝️🩸
      2 Corinthians 4 KJV
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

After the Last Supper mocking at the summer olympics and mocking of Christ, someone on X wrote something along the lines of there must be truth in Him because of all the mockery. Really resonated with me. Somehow this clip made me think about that because the hatred made me contemplate on Jesus and found Him being truth.

Not trying to be corny but I’m just telling you that’s what it sounds like to me. Don’t ignore that.

Friend, that's not quite in context.
Jesus was talking to his brothers and sisters, his half-siblings, who were not believers. He was actually speaking against their unbelief by reminding them that the world cannot hate them because they are of the world which opposes God.
Go to John 15:18-19, and Jesus is talking to his disciples, those who are believers in Him,
"18 If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you."
19 "If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you."

@@garrygraham The first half of the verse I used is not the point. It's the second half. "...but it does hate me because I accuse it of doing evil." • @garrygraham
      @garrygraham Місяць тому

@ you don't realise that it is our sin that brought evil into the world. God did not create it, sin is a thing of the heart.
What sort of god what it be that allows evil without justice? Your god, by the sounds of it.
God simply allows evil to show us the difference between evil and good and drive us to Him. It goes back to the garden when the first two people decided they wanted to know about good and evil. In essence, we got what we asked for.
In the end, justice will be served on all who sin. Can you be perfect and holy by your own efforts? Of course not. We all fall short. And we will all be judged guilty. And the wages of sin is death.
But there is a way out. Jesus. God in the flesh who came to earth to live a sinless life (he was not born from Adam's cursed line), to suffer and die on a cross, bearing all of our sin and legally imputing his righteousness onto all who believe in Him.
Jesus defeated death by his resurrection and when we believe in Him, we receive eternal life also. Jesus forgives sin. Only God can forgive sin. Jesus is God. Hate God, hate Jesus. Which is it for you, friend?

There's a great story about St. Lawrence, an early Church Father and Martyr in 3rd century Rome. Emperor Decius demanded his church turn over all of its treasure. When the demand was made, St. Lawrence asked for 3 days to pull it all together. He then gave away all of the church's valuables to the poor, and when the Emperor came to seize the church's assets there was nothing for him to take. Instead, St Lawrence marched a large group of poor, lame, and blind people in and presented them as the church's true treasure. This enraged the Emperor, who ultimately condemned him to death.
There is an add'l story, which may or may not be true, that when St. Lawrence was being burned alive, he turned to his executioners and told them to "turn him over", that he was "done on that side".

My personal take about why Jesus is so hated is this: When we live in darkness it is almost unbearable to see the light so we turn against it. When we are in pain or fear or anger or resentment we can't stand the feeling of being unconditionally loved, because in the core we feel that we are not deserving Gods Grace. It hurts. Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.

Will having these deeds be exposed alleviate any guilt? Or do evil doers not feel guilt/shame? ... if that's the case why would they bother stepping into the light at all... Just keep enjoying the darkness instead.

    • @LucyLiu-y7h
      @LucyLiu-y7h Місяць тому +2

@@ladyanntheog There's a difference between conviction and condemnation. If the guilt you feel after doing something wrong makes you want to run away from God, that would be condemnation. God also does not condemn anyone, he convicts you (corrects you), and wants you to come to him after you mess up so he can fix the situation. Essentially, he wants you to be free from sin and the only way to achieve it is to have a personal relationship with him because he is light. And there cannot be darkness in light.
Heaven is a free gift that God has given us so we can be with him because our sin separates . Everyone has broken the 10 commandments which is God's moral law because every human being has lied at least once in their life. Thus, justice needed to be served because though God is love, justice is also a part of love, also because God is a judge. A judge judges based on the crime committed, not the good action someone did.
If I run a red light, I would have to pay a fine. The only way to not pay for it is if someone else pays for me. But if I reject their payment, then I have to pay it. God willingly became a person (Jesus) and came to earth to conquer death by taking the punishment every human should have taken. Jesus is fully human and fully God, and by his sacrifice and willingness to go through what he did, it bridged the gap that separated God and humans so we can have a relationship with him. I’m not the best at explaining things so I hope that this was clear.

@@LucyLiu-y7h I suppose what you"re saying makes sense. Its just of the darkest most troubled people Ive known... they doubled down when exposed. It didnt make them turn to God or Jesus. So the bible verse is comforting but kinda feels like false hope. Bc the worst of the worst dont care if exposed at all.

Yeah, the priest's Catholic emphasis on "middle man" is...rather Catholic. Moses is not a good example, since Christ fulfilled the Law and ascended. Yes, being prayed for by a pastor or elder in a local community is a good thing, yet Christ is the Mediator now. Don't have to see a priest to confess any and all sin, but no harm, no foul, either. If you're Catholic, then you do you, Protestants will pray directly to God and repent of their sins in their own way. Personally, I've had many experiences where I prayed to God, repented of sin x or y and felt a Peace and Freedom and Love from the Spirit. God loves us all in the Church.

John 15:18-19 (KJV), where Jesus says, "If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you."
In this passage, Jesus prepares His disciples for the reality that following Him may lead to persecution and rejection. It highlights the distinction between the values of the world and the values of Christ. As believers, we are called to stand firm in our faith, even in the face of opposition, knowing that our identity is rooted in Christ.
This teaching encourages us to find strength and comfort in our relationship with Jesus, who understands our struggles and stands with us.

"Middle-man" in this context seems to be WAY oversimplified. Faithful and honest priests in the Catholic faith are called to fulfill a multitude of roles - and they adapt to those roles however the Holy Spirit dictates. That's the "middle-man" aspect. The priest only acts as a holy conduit to the abilities he is able.
If you are faithful enough to not need that - good on you!
But, that confidence will attract darkness. Are you prepared? Do you have the tools? Or is it possible you could find yourself in over your head?
Just questions compadre. If you're irritated by them maybe ask yourself why?

Everyone says they want to know the Truth. But actually they don't. Most people hate the Truth because Truth is hard. It's painful. It requires a lot of change, grieving in a person who didn't know the Truth. The reason why everyone says they want to know the Truth is because they think they already know it.
Because of the way Jesus Christ came into this World, creating or modifying (fulfilling) the commandments. These created/modified commandments are the exact opposite of what we want to do, what we Naturally think is right. Love - By Jesus' definition is sacrifice for others good (defined by God, not wealth, success). Now who got up this morning and said, "I'm going to give of myself to others for their good"?
Another example is Forgiveness. Just about every action film is about a man/people who were hurt, killed by an evil person(s) and so that person kills those who hurt/killed those dear to him. Jesus says, "Vengeance is mine", says the LORD, "I will repay". We not only expect to get revenge. We also expect others to take revenge against us when we screw them over. But Jesus not only says, "Forgive or you won't be forgiven". Jesus also says that we need to pray for those who hurt us. Anyone got up today and said, "That person hurt me. I think I'll forgive them and pray for them."?
This is why Jesus is hated. No one wants to follow Him because He is our Creator and He knows what is best for us and our sin nature says, "NO!!" The Truth always hurts.

Priests are necessary because only they can consecrate the Eucharist-the body and blood Christ-that Jesus says is needed for salvation. “He who eats this bread and drinks this cup shall have eternal life”. Priests receive the power to do this through an unbroken chain of succession that reaches back to the Apostles.

In John 20:23 Jesus gives the Apostles the power to forgive sins. He didn’t give everyone the power. Now you can forgive someone for what they’ve done to you but you can’t forgive their sins. people are ashamed of what they’ve done and would be too ashamed to admit it to another person. There are Catholic people I know who don’t believe in Reconciliation for the reasons I just said. That’s why the other Christian religions ignore 20:23. With over 40,000 denominations and growing of people saying the Holy Spirit showed THEM the correct interpretation and yet all contradict each other shows the error of not having the humility to look to our elders in the faith and to their preaching on the gospels. In fact, the English term “priest” is simply a contraction of the Greek word presbuteros. They have the responsibility of teaching, governing, and providing the sacraments in a given congregation (1 Tim. 5:17; Jas. 5:14-15).

@@stevo890 Agreed, and I’m an “ordained elder” in my church. We just need to remember that the Bereans in Acts 17:11 were commended for NOT taking Paul’s word for it, but studying the scriptures they had (Old Testament) to see if what he was teaching was true and right.
I also recognize you have a valid point that anyone can claim to be given special insight by the Holy Spirit, and the New Testament is full of warnings about false prophets and false teachings.
But the reason so many Christian denominations grew out of the Reformation was that people had been getting their “truth” from priests because they didn’t have access to the scriptures, and each reformer only discovered some of the errors which had corrupted the original church. It’s not tradition and church authority + scripture, it’s sola scriptura. There’s a reason God miraculously preserved the writings in the Bible over the last 3,500 years. When my church or my own beliefs seem to contradict Jesus’ own words, I need to start digging with a humble, honest heart.

According to the biblical blueprint, we have seen a plan set down by the Divine Architect for the building of a new covenant ministerial priesthood. He establishes the Church as the New Israel paralleling the priestly ranks of old. He invests his apostles with certain duties that, when compared with the Old Testament, prove to be priestly. Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, he leads them to recognize and exercise their priestly prerogatives. Such prerogatives are even transferred to other men outside the college of the twelve apostles.
In light of this divine plan, we can conclude that Christ willed for his Church to have a ministerial-hierarchical priesthood that is distinct from the common-universal priesthood. Therefore, when one compares Christ’s blueprint for his Church with the priestly ranks in the Catholic Church, one finds a perfect match.
the apostles cast lots to determine who would succeed Judas, indicating that the apostles saw their apostolic office as the new priesthood of the New Israel of God.
Another scriptural passage that demonstrates the apostles recognizing their priestly rank is Romans 15:15-16: “Because of the grace given me by God to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles in the priestly service of the gospel of God, so that the offering of the Gentiles may be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.”
Notice the language Paul uses in reference to his ministry. He calls it his “priestly service.” The Greek word that Paul uses for “priestly service” is hierourgounta, which is the verb form of the Greek word hiereus. In the Bible, hiereus is commonly used in reference to the Jewish priests of the Old Covenant. For example, Exodus 28:1, 4, and 41 speak of the ordination of Aaron and his sons as priests. The word for priests in the Greek Septuagint is hiereus. Therefore, if Paul sees his apostolic work through the lens of the priestly work of the Old Testament, then he must recognize his apostolic office as a priestly office.

People hate Jesus because they are lovers of themselves and people believe they do not do anything wrong. However, when you walk someone down the Ten Commandments, they have violated all of them. If you read the Ten Commandments closely, they are all tied to loving yourself over others...read them and think about it. People also believe they can create Heaven on earth, but you cannot as long as there is sin in the world...and there will ALWAYS be sin in the world. That is exactly why Jesus came...to save us from ourselves. He knows that no mortal can fix the existing world, so He gave us who believe in Him a way to get to Heaven...through Him. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit...Amen. Praise King Jesus.
