2016 F150 Wipers Run On Delay With Wiper Switch Off. Codes B130F and B1131

This F150 has a problem where the wipers would operate on the first delay setting with the wipers off. The fault code descriptions are very misleading in my opinion. Problem was faulty wiper switch.
