It does both. Pressure cooker cooks under hot pressure faster. Then you can adjust it for a slow cooker to keep hot or warm. Watch more cooking videos on them. Im getting one too.

Not really. Think of the slow cooker as cooking the food slowly and the instant pot as a fast cooker. Lol hope that helps.

I love the color! I use my Instant Pot alot! I love putting frozen chicken breast in there and they are cooked completely in less than 4 hours. 😊
