This is almost exactly like the Lula Mae home that I’ve seen. I like this one better because of how they did the closets and toilet in the master suite.
I think this is the best unit I’ve ever seen. Seriously. I’m a draftsman and I see lots of designs come across my desk. This is very well thought out. Well done.
That's a fair question. To a degree, each manufacturer put their own touch on many plans that are the same. There are subtle differences, but differences none the less. We don't use the wire closet racks, we finish the interior of closets with texture and trim. Door hinges are heavier, only 2x4 studs - no 2x3's. 2x8 floor joists-16" on center - not 2x6's. In addition we provide a 7 year Home Guard protection plan that covers over 40 components of the home including electrical, water lines, heater, AC, appliances and more. That is in addition to the 50 yr warranty siding, 25 yr warranty shingles, and dual thermal pane - Low E windows. Thanks for your comment. Hope I've provided some answers.
The crub appeal of this home is not the greatest, the wrapped around porch is the only best part of the outside of the home. But on the inside, this home is gorgeous, I love that there is no carpet! The things I do not like about the home are the open shelves in the kitchen & that there is no Pantry, I would definitely turn that Butlers area into a Pantry. I think all the shiplap is a little overkill for my taste, one wall would do for me & do not like the dual barn doors in the Master leading into the bathroom. If I could make those changes, yes, I can definitely see myself living here!!!
Holy smokes it's a beauty! No carpet, blinds in the windows, I love all the windows and natural light, huge kitchen with lots of cabinets (that lovely tray ceiling), nice proportioned rooms, the separate closets in the master is incredible, great bathrooms, some fancy extra spaces, and let's not forget the beautiful color scheme.. so clean and fresh looking, and I love the color of the floor. Just amazing. My only complaint is the color of the backsplash behind the stove, it kinda looks out of place but no big deal really... Oh I forgot that nice porch as well! It's almost beachy looking, like a vacation feel. I just can't get over how great this home is... Just wow!
Why oh why would you design such an exquisite master shower with a tiny shower head? They need to put in a rain head shower with a seat and a hand held also.
2nd bedroom closet may be deep but very small. I would like a stone fireplace in livingroom area instead of the shiplap on side wall and a fourth bedroom.
Don’t like that seam on the floor in master bedroom. That closet in master bedroom should be open and just go across would be more space. Kitchen needs a pantry, but still a nice home.
Yes !!! No Carpets !!! Please hope they don't ever put them in ... If you ever get you enough of them you'll feel same way I do !! But yes this was absolutely Beautiful!
Wonderful Island with NO Sink! Super glad that the Master Closets and Bathroom were in different rooms/areas, instead of connected. Those are the 2 things I look at Most for the Cosmetics of a house. Good one, thanks. Happy Holidays.
I'd make a few changes. Like microwave/ventahood over the stove and a two section sink and upper cabinet in the butler nook. I want chains on my ceiling fans. Mirror all the way across master bath sink.
People have asked for a price several times in the comments but your answers have not been consistent. You've quoted $130's, $140's and even $150's. The wide range of starting price quotes gives the impression that you are less than trustworthy.
I'm sorry for any confusion. There are so many factors that go into "the price". I prefer to have folks email me so i can get details about location, options, features and any special considerations. Once i know what their specific situation is i can give accurate up to date pricing. I appreciate your comments.

I really liked it a lot. Except I would like to install an iron outside door in front of all the doors rather than to leave them vulnerable to breaking in & entry by anything (trees, shrubs & 2-legged monsters) LOL. Anyway, I also did not like the two sinks in the MasterBath. I prefer standard with antique faucets and I really prefer a shower also where the tub is because I like to rinse off the soap after a bath. So since I am a senior, can I get those tub n shower with the walk-in door and spa done in place of that center tub? Also, I need to research location of Texas because I would like to move out of NY. So, community, whether gated or not; price of home w/land. Price of 4 BR with minimum 2-1/2 baths or 3-1/2 baths. I will be calling you AFTER i do my due diligence about best places in TX, weather & so on. Great home! Nicely built. Thank you for showing it.
Thanks for making it a smooth walkthrough. Some home display people use some kind of gimbel camera rig and it makes me dizzy and feel ill. Great home and presentation.
Nice home...just out of my fixed income range! I just keep looking & hoping for a miracle! The mobile home I am in now needs lots of REPAIRS! I have already fallen thru my bathroom floor!
The kitchen is my favorite of all but the living room is too small for the house. Needs an entry space! Also don't like raised sinks or tub out in the open!
Only thing I like is the kitchen, I would seriously be tripping if that joint in the master floor stays. Make that kitchen in a 4/3 triple wide and we can talk.
Can anyone tell me if the values off a true factory built home, not a quote unquote mobile home, will be appraised way less than a traditional on site built home. Will the deed or title say, not a traditional built home?
That transition was installed for the display home only. We do continuous lay in the final product with no transition strip so no tripping, unless you encounter some of the kiddos Legos. Lol. Ouch!! 😬
I LOVE this home! I LOVE all of the drawers in the kitchen, even the deep pots and pans drawers! My only question is... does that lump in the floor stay after it's been put in it's home spot? Is there some way to put both sides together so that it eliminates that lump?
The home is nice like I’ve said and some other video clips as well myself I don’t like the center island I would never have one as far as the kitchen goes. I love how the cabinets are there in that kitchen but myself where are you have those round shelving at units I think I would put two cabinets one on one side and one on the other side to give me a little more room for cabinetry. But I like how it is light out there the other thing that I would like to see with homes to sell lower more of the roof line Lamar picked up because when they picked up they don’t look like a model home or modular home they look like a regular home and they have like a 45 inch degree pitch to it. They’ve they look more real and they don’t look like a model home that’s my biggest complaint with the homes they want to people to buy them but they don’t make them look real.. The one thing I do like the other thing is the future of the heating in the ceiling instead instead of the floorboards but the other thing that I’m not so sure about is the plumbing on the outside of the house because usually your pipes are the first thing that freezes in the winter and when your pipes are in between the floor in the bottom of the steel frame it gets cold down there you may have a heat tape wrapped around them but it still gets cold and I found that my pipes freeze. If there’s no heat there so when I gets down to 20° and below especially like it’s about to 18 I’ve got to make sure I’ve even if you got the heat going out of the bottom part of the floor.. to keep them from freezing. I think it’s better to put your pipes like an inner wall instead of an outer wall that way the heat stays within the loss of the house. Instead of being exposed to the cold air on the outer wall that’s just my own opinion. But the house is nice I will say they’re getting better at making them look like a real home. It’s nice that she put the double railing up to the people to look at specially there an older person I can’t really get up the steps all the time with one handle. We’re two makes it much easier for them. Also the toilets I would make them the higher size for a handicap person and a few handicap bars for the shower area. Maybe one directly underneath the shower straight down to where the Fossett is so it’s a dead center. And possibility of a handicap bar on the side cabinet of the tub there so someone wants to get out maybe they can’t get up on their knees or whatever but they could easily put a leg over the top of the rail and Chyna crawl out with the handle hold onto right there by the cabinet in the tub. Having it Haro Santa with a cabinet. Just my viewpoint. Speaking a little bit on first hand experience. Due to knee that does not want to bend but I can get into certain things are getting out at all difficult on doing things because of my knee where I could put away the cross whatever and come down on the floor with a farm flat foot as long as I had something to hold onto as I was crawling out of the tub. I prefer a tub any day over the shower. Voice wise one that’s in there good to snack to fall through the floor like mines doing.
That thing that connects the house together down the middle of the house on the floor looks horrible. But this is really nice. I like how the kitchen is away from the living room. Camode lol. My grandma talked like that. And she said zink too
I've got some GREAT NEWS!! That "THING" is no longer present. Our builder is now installing individually laid plank flooring that crosses the marriage line for a smooth, seamless transition between the two modules. It's a fantastic look and finishes the home wonderfully.
Beautiful home ! I love the double closets in the master bedroom and the kitchen is spectacular, though I would go without the galvanized steel in the kitchen and the living room. The outside porch is gorgeous. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful mobile homes I’ve ever seen. Thanks for the great job showing it.....

Helen, the seam down the middle is for display purposes. When this home is ordered, there will be no seam at the union. Plank is laid across the transition for a seamless presentation. Finally someone was thinking when doing this kitchen. Glad the pot drawers are by the stove and laundry room was big enough for a freezer and also by the kitchen. Absolutely love this kitchen and ceiling.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love this kitchen, butlers pantry, guest bath and separate master closets not to mention master bath!! Looking 4 bdr, office/retreat and 2 kivung space.
Looks like none of these homes can check all of my boxes--I see bits and pieces from several home designs I'd like incorporated all into one. One home had a huge master closet that had a door to the laundry room. Some laundry rooms have their own sinks. Some stove tops have a pot fill faucet. Some kitchens were planned better, where the sink is in the island that allows you to interact with people in the family room or watch tv while at the sink. Some stove tops are directly across form the sink. Some ovens and microwaves are installed in cabinets. Some kitchens have a huge pantry. Some showers have a large rainfall shower and a handheld wand. This home does have a really nice porch, large kitchen/dining,drywall/crown and base moldings, room for a freezer in the laundry room, and a small study/computer area. However, I don't like free standing tubs or large windows in the bathroom (not too big of a deal since I live out in the country, but still).
Love, love, love the no carpets‼️
Going to do those shelves. Those are nice.
How much???
Exactly how much ????
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOME!! Great taping slow enough that I did not get dizzy!!!
Thanks for the comments.. I know I'm not a professional video taker.. LOL.. glad you liked it.
The only thing missing is a built-in microwave.
This is almost exactly like the Lula Mae home that I’ve seen. I like this one better because of how they did the closets and toilet in the master suite.
Thanks for the comments. Please share!!
Lisa Friday and the Ellie Mae too
I like the shaker style cabinets in this one better too!
I would love this in a one bedroom two bath model! This is gorgeous
If these homes came with plantation shutters throughout it would be perfect.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! The master shower should have a larger shower head as well as multiple shower heads.
I think this is the best unit I’ve ever seen. Seriously. I’m a draftsman and I see lots of designs come across my desk. This is very well thought out. Well done.
I actually enjoy the talking that most of y’all complaining about 😝 & even more, I love this beautiful home!!
Honest question... this starts in 150's off the lot...lulamae is 120ish with delivery and set up... why would someone see both and choose this model?
That's a fair question. To a degree, each manufacturer put their own touch on many plans that are the same. There are subtle differences, but differences none the less. Keira K The LulaMae is very poor workmanship and you won’t get a warranty on anything in it. I speak from experience.
Michelle Holt I know what you mean Michelle. You definitely get the type of quality for what you pay!

Love it but that shower head too small lol I like the rainforest shower head in a huge shower like that. This home is beautiful man thank you.
I like white kitchens.. not into that dark wood so much. Too much dark wood, makes a place look dreary.
2nd bedroom closet may be deep but very small. I would like a stone fireplace in livingroom area instead of the shiplap on side wall and a fourth bedroom.
Agree about the fireplace
If I was with you my dear the fireplace would be enlarged like our love and glowing with desire
Don’t like that seam on the floor in master bedroom. That closet in master bedroom should be open and just go across would be more space. Kitchen needs a pantry, but still a nice home.
Annette Newton Those were all my exact same issues too. That Butler area would have made a nice pantry instead.
Annette Newton didn't care for that seam either. Kept thinking someone's going to trip, lol.
All stuff I was thinking as well!
Yes !!! No Carpets !!!
Please hope they don't ever put them in ...
If you ever get you enough of them you'll feel same way I do !!
But yes this was absolutely Beautiful!
Hey Bill, I didn't see a pantry. Could the Butler area be made into a pantry?
Yes it could be. There are so many cabinets
That was my question also...
This is the first time I am seeing this home with the back splash tile behind the stove, I love it!
Love this house much much better design and quality than the similar Lulamea.

Love the vessel sinks in master bathroom
I love Mobil home . 😍😍
love the vets not in floor that's a plus floor vents brake down to fast and the no carpet is great
Good point!
What is the size of this house?
I love it
Love this kitchen, butlers pantry, guest bath and separate master closets not to mention master bath!!
However, I don't like free standing tubs or large windows in the bathroom (not too big of a deal since I live out in the country, but still).
love it all but wish it had a fireplace and id change the counter tops
Both options are available.
