What brand of matcha did you use In this vedio?
I used a brand called Nakamura Tokichi. It’s quite expensive so you can use what you have available first.
May i know what brand of matcha ubare using for this ice cream?
I used a brand called nakamura tokichi which is quite expensive. The color may be different but its probably more affordable to use matcha for baking!
