I own the Starkey Evolv 1600. Enhance mode is available on them. I'm still trying to master that setting. Do I make the best choice by what I think sounds best in a church between crowd and enhanced mode? Also, I would like to see a Starkey app for the Apple Watch like Philips has created. My 2 cents for right now.
Hello, I really like your podcast I bought Starkey Genesis AI 24 for my first set of hearing aids. I went into the audiologist office and he pulled out a set I forget which one it was and I told him which one I wanted and told him why I wanted it so that’s what I got. The problem I am having is it was his first set he sold so I feel he is leaving a lot on the table as far as programming for instance I had a rubber dome for the first 2 months finally I told him I wanted a custom dome which I wanted all along I cannot tell you the difference it made in my hearing like night and day. I got a discount through united health I like my audiologist but I feel I am leaving a lot on the table granted I am a hands on General Contractor when I have to deal with different issues and there have been quite a few I do it myself and I pretty much have a Handel on it. But I would prefer to have an audiologist that can dial me in a little better, I live in Oakland California is there someone you can recommend. Thanks Dean Henninger
