I really enjoy your closed eyes videos, because you aren't just making sounds, but asking us to actively participate. And my brain likes to focus on something when going to sleep, and tasks override random thinking, so I usually fall asleep in the middle of counting 😂😂
Glad you find them helpful. I'm the same, I have to be constantly doing something and then I'll fall asleep. Sometimes if I'm just listening to sounds I can't sleep. 👀

I like ASMR videos that are not too long, just like this one. I usually don't need much time to fall asleep, especially with ASMR, so it'll just bother me when something keeps running in the background of my half asleep perception for another 30 minutes or so.
