As much as I like the open water swims they really need to figure out a better solution in Madison than swimming in it. It clearly has repeated health impacts on the athletes and public health concerns. It’s hard to watch people that dedicate their whole year for this shot and take out a handful with random stomach viruses every year.
Hayley Adams I hope to see you next year again . you only have one weakness and that’s the weightlifting... Work on it whilst maintaining the other skills ...keep on aiming high !
Two take-aways from Haley's performance in the Games seem pretty clear--at least to me and my peeps: (1) she's the best Crossfit female athlete in America at the moment and still the youngest among the elite group. (2) But she needs tutoring and work on her lifting strength in a more focused way. It's not only that she lacks elite strength when compared to others in this top group; she also lacks technique. IMO.
