It's strange. This song is such a unique experience for me. I never considered it among my all time favorites, even though I'm in total love with it, but it constantly comes back into my head for seemingly no reason at seemingly random times. And it's always so satisfying to listen to. Very different from any other song I can name off the top of my head.
@@paxconsciente3352 That's a difficult question to answer because my taste is all over the board. You can check out my playlists on my channel to get an idea of what I mean if you'd like!
I love how more and more artists realising the huge potential that platforms like youtube hold. Uploading a new album yourself before anyone else can do it, has proven to be the most forward thinking way of dealing with our digital realities. Somebody who doesn't know your music because you requested to delete it from the internet will most likely not buy it. Anyway, thanks a lot for uploading this whole album right now. It sounds outstanding. I just ordered my copy of the Vinyl LP. Thank you!
I am listening to it for the first time as we speak, it’s literally just starting and I’ve never heard this band before. No expectations to be had. On one of those late night solo musical UA-cam algorithm adventures. Just happened to see your comment and it kind of blew my mind, so thanks for that :)
Your right without headphones a lot of the greatness gets lost... Unless you pop it on your high quality speakers in your car... Suddenly I flew through the tree roofs
man i was so addicted to this song at the lowest point of my life 5 years ago (ongoing alcoholism (family tradition smh), broken achilles tendon, broke asf, no money for rehabilitation and depressed) the vibe i got from it back in those days was so unique and kinda cool, but honestly, i never want to feel that ever again. first time in my life im glad to not feel the vibe of the song.. still im grateful for that audio experience

I still think "Crow" is your Magnum Opus, that is a tough song to trump but this one gives a different audio experience totally and I love it for every bit of it!
Forest Swords comes up in many of my autoplay listening sessions, a think for which I am glad. It stands out to me that I rarely have to stop and see who it is because I'm so taken in by the song. It is often a Forest Swords track, when I do. That's actually impressive. Cheers to you!

Totally agree. I don't like to pirate, but fact is that I'd never be prepared to spend the money on an album I'd never heard before. That's why spotify should be so useful to artists too. If it's something I really like, I quite often end up buying it on vinyl or CD, whereas if I can't listen to it, I won't ever know if I'd like it enough to pay for it. I might well end up buying this now. Artists that make their music freely available are doing themselves a massive favour.
First I have ever heard of Forest Swords aand it's excellent! Soo glad this popped up on my playlist also thank you for posting on UA-cam for us to discover!!
wow this is such a nice track... it reminds me of trip hop from the mid-90's. also kind of a raw fila brazillia vibe to it.... and that is a compliment, but this definitely has its own sound; love it.
