Fbody for '82-'92 & the Abody('78-'81)/Gbody ('82-'88) are practically "Twins". Key differences being that the Fbody utilized a "modified" McPherson Strut w/ K-member serving as mounting for engine/suspension-steering/brakes, since the Fbody was a "unitized body" with a panhard bar/torque-arm suspension in the rear. The Gbody was an intermediate "full-frame body-on-chassis" with mounting points & K member built in to the frame & a trapezoidal 4-link suspension in the rear, just their big sister, the Bbody('26-'96).
