The guy in the video wasn’t that lucky, he seemed to have kept 2 egg from 2 different event, the maril one was a research day and had increased luck in egg, and same for the riolu thats why it was in a 2k egg instead of a 10k

So lucky! Just wanna share, It was actully happened to me thrice, first is Shiny Smoochum and Shiny Wynaut, Second is Shiny Pichu (Cherry Blossom) and Shiny Bonsly and last is Chingling and Shiny Munchlax.

The 3 shinies I hatched are Galarian Meowth from a 7km, a Lickitung from a 5km and a Chatot from a 10km I recived from the Sinnoh tour

Shiny’s are just a little bit harder and if you if you have a shiny pokemon like shiny charmander as your buddy is will make it charmanders will have a tiny bit higher rate to spawn and a tiny higher chance to be a shiny
