hey jack got one question:
what mid drivers and tweeters are you using, cus im planning on building a speaker with them and a 8" or so passive membrane cus i know theyre good but im not quite sure wich drivers by dayton im gonna take

You need to reverse the polarity on one of the set of Subs either the Dayton's or the Trio's and you will fix that polarity issue and your bass will be alot louder

Mids and highs firing at the stereo cabinet lol, and subs grouped too closely my observation from this video.
I'd put either sub into the furthest corner and or closet. I mean the 15's only need to take care of the lower end, those 12's look sufficient for 33hz-70ish-hz. I have 17 12's in a 20x20' room. One of which is on 3,000-3,500 watts rms, getting it to play friendly with all the other drivers has been interesting.

I saw your room system, I didn't know putting towers on top of sub-woofers is ok. Also, what mic do you prefer for recording sound systems?

Exaggerating what your sub woofers are capable of with the eq's might be coursing the issues you have with the dayton's not playing high enough? Also they'll get very boomy/ sloppy. +12db octave is pretty high especially for 20hz.
This is just me, I would keep them mostly flat, just cut down the frequency's you don't want each enclosure playing (keeping the frequency's on each EQ separated), avoid "curving" the sliders. Not telling you what to do but with that small room (as do I) it doesn't take much eq to get the job done. Sounds great on the camera mic, though I had a pair of crappy speakers with too bright of tweeters that sounded better on camera then they did in person lol!

i find it funny you take the presets from flat yo negatives and use only bass freq which makes me feel your not using an eq to run your full range speakers so you could be loosing the freq fro the full ranged speakers canceling it out and you should separate the speakers orientation and placement plays the biggest roll in sound quality

i really dont like subs that get hot while playing. lets me know either the box isn't designed right for the airflow or that the sub itself wasn't designed with ample cooling holes for the coils. Now if only i could upgrade my system...
