Actually this information is fake : now the situation is not like that. « The bateau » is not able to provide home to Tibetans new comers.
When Tibetans arrive in France, they don’t have to go to Conflans where the bateau is located. If they go there, the only solution is to buy a tent and to go to sleep in the forest or…under the bridge
You must know and share than « the bateau » is not any more a meeting point for Tibetans

Thank you for information, I had already told , but I think better to go there instead of sleeping alone in unsafe place.In bateau still some Tibetans are still there,,, so that new Tibetan will get some help thats why !!!but please go to OFII ask for the shelter and also call 115 too .
