Love your tutorials already!!! Thank you very much. I'm grateful for those who want to share information but what I like about you tutorials is that you keep it to the point and quickly get to the information. There are some who love to hear themselves talk and continue talking for quite some time before they even tell you what you need to know. Thanks for Keeping it Simple
I'm a strong believer in the KISS method: Keep It Simple, Stupid. It's always reassuring to hear that an idea that was instilled in me as a child as carried through to my professional life. Thank you for your feedback.
I just got scrivener and trying to send the user manual to the research part of the binder like recommended in the tutorial. When I try and to this, it won't, saying I can't import files to the draft section. It is doing my head in ! Can anyone help ?
While you can add videos and audio files to your Scrivener project, Scrivener does not have the capability to play them back. The files are intact, and if you go in through the back end, you can still access the file, but that sort-of defeats the purpose. I recommend one of two options: 1) Create a folder dedicated to your research on your hard drive where you can find it easily, and put all of your video or audio in there, ensuring names of files are coherent. (This is what I do.) 2) Upload your videos and audio to your website in an unlisted folder and link to them using the "Import URL" tools. Sorry, I couldn't be more help.
Hi all. Please be advised that this video will be redone in the future for Scrivener 3, but I'm waiting for the Windows Beta version to be a little more stable before I start the video recording process.

Nice tute. Very easy to follow. Many thanks.
Glad you found the video helpful. Hopefully, there will be more videos soon.
What about creating reference lists or citations?
How do you add a video file (Windows)? I seem to be having troubles with that.
