- This is a quick comparison of the SOUNDPEATS Air 4 Pro vs the Soundcore Liberty 4 nc. SOUNDPEATS did not impress me. They sound awesome and have good noise cancelation and transparency. Unfortunately they are ruined by their quality control issues. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Did you try cleaning the contacts of the buds and case in Air 4 Pro?
Yes, was an issue with the device. Wiring within the case. This is a known issue with the product. It only showed up after 3 weeks of using the device which is why most reviewers don’t mention the issue.

I used my Air 4 Pro for a couple of weeks, and suddenly the left one didn’t work anymore. I don’t know if it fails to connect or if it doesn’t charge, and if this is the issue, if it’s a problem of the case or the bud. It says “connecting”, dings twice and shuts off. I contacted Soundpeats and finally they refunded me. I am really dissapointed because I liked them very much. I’m thinking of migrating to the soundcore.
When you say you fixed the problem with a toothpick, what do you mean? What did you do?
Sounds like he was digging at the charging connector points.

Yes, every “definitive solution for the problem with the Soundpeats” tells us to reset the buds.
Is it an issue with iPhones?
No I use both I phone and android as well as Mac and windows operating systems. It was an issue with the device

ANC is noticeably better on the sound core.
I had the very same issue with my Soundpeats H1 2 years ago. Good thing Soundpeats sent me a replacement unit and 2 years in it’s still working fine but I gotta say that that issue gave me a bad impression of Soundpeats.
I have the Liberty 4 NC and it’s amazing. The app is the best even compared to apps by the likes of Sony, IMO. Incredibke oroduct, sound, and app support. Best of all I got my L4Nc for half the SRP during a discount sale :)

I tried it with my android too. Same issue. I got a defective pair I guess but there are others having the same issue.
