The Unfortunate Truth SOUNDPEATS Air 4 Pro vs Soundcore Liberty 4nc
This is a quick comparison of the SOUNDPEATS Air 4 Pro vs the Soundcore Liberty 4 nc. SOUNDPEATS did not impress me. They sound awesome and have good noise cancelation and transparency. Unfortunately they are ruined by their quality control issues. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Soundcore Space Q45 vs Sony XM3 vs Life Q30

Why to stay away from Soundcore Space Q45. Why to purchase the life Q30 or Xm3’s instead. Forgot to mention the the bass up option when turned off even in the manual eq you can’t bring the bass back. It’s like the bass up toggle allows the full potential of the headphones but can only be used with the default sound signature.
Oddly my liberty 4 nc suffers from the charging issue your soundpeats have now months later battery life is a hr and a half at best ive had damn near 10 different soundcore products and this is my first disappointment i was looking at the soundpeats but after this ill be looking back into soundcore or try to find another alternative that offer this same bang for buck
what about jabra elite 4 active ? is it beter than liberty 4nc?
Thank you very much for the video mate, I have been watching tons of videos but nobody says what you said. You've been extremely helpful. Cheers!
hangisini aldin peki ?
i guess the q45's got some updates. I got em a month ago and really do not want more bass. They sound crap without doing the HearID thing the correct way. When i finally got a grip on the HearID thing, they sound really really good!
Good to hear man. Still think we should be able to tweak them without the heard id thing.
@@bcheo890 atleast it got an 8 band eq and many presets. Many praise the Acoustic one.😁
me too
I had the very same issue with my Soundpeats H1 2 years ago. Good thing Soundpeats sent me a replacement unit and 2 years in it’s still working fine but I gotta say that that issue gave me a bad impression of Soundpeats. I have the Liberty 4 NC and it’s amazing. The app is the best even compared to apps by the likes of Sony, IMO. Incredibke oroduct, sound, and app support. Best of all I got my L4Nc for half the SRP during a discount sale :)
Right! It’s the sales that get me excited. 😂
Este oroblema ni se oresenta von celulares Android; solo con iPhone.
I tried it with my android too. Same issue. I got a defective pair I guess but there are others having the same issue.
In terms of ANC bro is there much difference?
ANC is noticeably better on the sound core.
Is it an issue with iPhones?
No I use both I phone and android as well as Mac and windows operating systems. It was an issue with the device
@@bcheo890Hello, which one do you prefer in terms of sound quality , ANC and is it worth the price difference?
Did you try cleaning the contacts of the buds and case in Air 4 Pro?
Yes, was an issue with the device. Wiring within the case. This is a known issue with the product. It only showed up after 3 weeks of using the device which is why most reviewers don’t mention the issue.
@@bcheo890 got it. I have just bought it few days back with one year warranty. Lets see how it goes.
=))) i have the same problem with capsule 3 pro, I used the toothpick to fix it and boom it worked perfectly 😂
I used my Air 4 Pro for a couple of weeks, and suddenly the left one didn’t work anymore. I don’t know if it fails to connect or if it doesn’t charge, and if this is the issue, if it’s a problem of the case or the bud. It says “connecting”, dings twice and shuts off. I contacted Soundpeats and finally they refunded me. I am really dissapointed because I liked them very much. I’m thinking of migrating to the soundcore. When you say you fixed the problem with a toothpick, what do you mean? What did you do?
Sounds like he was digging at the charging connector points.
This is halarious. Glad you fixed em
Have you guys tried using the reset button by any chance?
Yes, every “definitive solution for the problem with the Soundpeats” tells us to reset the buds.
Bro thnx so much i searched literally every day for a month for this exact review
No problem man. Sound core is the way to go here. Better all around. Noise cancellation is impressive. Good luck!
What about volume and bass ? @@bcheo890
Lol I had 1000xm3 and I liked it but the thing is q45 has much more cleaner sound while still having above avarage bass. 1000xm3 is just muddier and not enough sound stage for my taste. You are clearly a bass head. And the isolation is pretty much on par with my old 1000xm3.
Yes I love my bass lol 😂
Not bad. I would think about getting a mini 4 channel amp too if I were you.
Any Sugestions on what amp to go with? Been thinking about it as well.
@@bcheo890 im building within a budget and CT sounds has some amps that are relatively affordable for the quality. CT series amps are good but i dont think come with clip lights, AT series stays somewhat within the price range of skars amps with some nice features and solid output. im currently looking at putting my skar mids on the at125.4
Thanks for the plug. Checking these out and they look good.
Don't mind giving the specs size of the box and port please
You can find it on Amazon under this listing name. Q Power QBOMB12VL Single 12" Vented Ported Car Subwoofer Sub Box Enclosure QBOMB The box is 3/4 MDF with a truck bed liner spray on the outside of it. I think this makes the resonance of the box less meaning the bass is produced more clearly. Box Dimensions: 15"D x 22"W x 13.5"H (About 1.8 Cubic feet) Perfect for the Scar SDR 12. Square Port, (I like this) 4 3/4 in by 4 3/4 in square and 15 In deep. the box itself is 22 inches wide. There is no port noise at all and the box hits clean. I do not like how light the box is. (25 LBS). It moves around in my truck and I am going to have to secure it. My custom box did not do this because that box was heavy as heck. Hope this helps.
One thing I forgot to mention. I took out the wiring cup with the spring terminals and used liquide nail to seal the wiring cup to the box. It was making a hissing noise from the air.
I disagree with this dude. Q45 is great for the price. He has to be trying to get sponsorship from Sony.
Nah bro 😂
Somebody says the q30 has very good bass. Are there in-ear headphones that sound ?
Not sure I understand your question. They do have good bass maybe even better than the Sonys. The q35 are the best for bass.
@@bcheo890What I mean is that if I don't need big headphones on my head, can I buy in-ear headphones with the same sound quality as the q30? For example Liberty 4 or others?
I want a 3 8 inch box soon from skar, thanks
Nice
I disagree. I own Q30's, listened to the Sonys and in my opinion the Sonys sound like cheap garbage. Sony has better sound canceling. The guy sold that Sony headphones because they sound bad, lol😅
😂 sound is subjective. Definitely love the sound of the q30s which is why I still have them. Was more comparing the sound of the Sonys to the q45 cause I wanted an upgrade in noise cancellation. The q45s sound like trash compared to the Sonys and q30s.
My Life Q30 is amazing except that the frame broke. So when it comes to durability, I am not happy!
That sucks man, my frame is cracked now cause my wife dropped them. But that still work great!
😂😂😂😂😂 not bad!
💪🏾
Not bad at all I got a skar amp on my 12 inch 2000 watt gravity sub in that Rockville box I got that quake going on - I added a switch so I can go from 2 ohms to 1 ohm. Replaced front 6.5 speakers with mid bass ones. Put that 600 watt amp on them 1200 watt going to the sub.
@titoham-DCXLs I can do it easily as I added a switch to my enclosure that lets me do it. Anyone can add one to their box. Using one coil is 2 ohm putting both coils in parallel would be 1 ohm. As I said anyone can do it with a simple switch.
It can be done. Pulls a heavy load when you want it to or raises impedance when you want to send less power. Sounds like a nice set up!
@@bcheo890 I want to test a lower tuned box to see if it really makes a difference. I have not seen any videos that address this topic. Think this box is tuned to 45 hz or so I Wanted to see if one tuned to 33 hz makes the sound better or worse with playing the same music.
Depends on the music you listen too. I have built my own boxes and used the prefabs. The scar prefab hits lower than this Qbomb. If you listen to rap and or some country getting a lower tuned box will sound better for those genres. I listen to music all across the music spectrum. When my wife is in the car we listen to K-pop. The 40 to 45 hrz tuning of the Qbomb sound much better and produces bass more accurately than the lower tuned boxes I have had. Hopefully that helps. One thing you could do is buy the scar prefab. Try it out and if you like it keep it if you don’t return it.
Try facing your box upwards as well with the back seats down if you have a sedan. Love the way the bass hits in this orientation.
Bruh you bought a second hand Sony xm3, you serious bro? How about skin disease and hygiene bruh
Honestly just switch out the ear cups 25 bucks online then clean the band with a cleansing wipe. 😂😂
Besides the manual EQ and the anker sound signature (which really sucks), you should’ve tried tweakin the Sound ID which I believe was the latest software update on q45. It is a game changer, and you can still adjust the EQ after using the feature.
You know I wish I woulda given that a try. Lowkey forgot about that.
