"My time is few" is one of my favorite Alessia's. Please don't fix that! I say it now all the time but, of course, I don't have your accent so it isn't quite as funny. Thanks for another great video!
Alessia, in the Fried liver attack, playing as black, the best way to cover from the check of the bishop is actually to play 6...c6, covering with the pawn, according to Stockfish. But the second best move that Stockfish suggests is covering with the bishop, as you say.
I've started using these moves against the Fried Liver and it's changed my game. I get equal or slightly better positions after it all plays out. Petrov's defense doesn't scare me as much now, either, but I still don't like facing it. In short, LISTEN TO ALESSIA!
I am an 800. You are playing against the players way above my rating. But still while looking at it. Seems so easy. Why do I get Magnus Carlsen as my opponents always 😢
The video is called "I try to reach 2000 ELO by New Year - Day 6". You achieved a rating of 2000 ELO in classical chess in 2015 and in 2016 in blitz. Why are you lying in 2023 that you are trying to reach 2000 ELO if your rating already exceeds 2000?)
I love how you explain every move. Keep doing that🤝🏻
Yea, that's great

Both moves are great 6...c6 is way harder to play IMO
I also play 6...Bd7
