I just met pianist Fazil Say watching this video, and I was really impressed with his performance! He and the piano are one! The technical and emotional mastery are incredible! It's a mesmerizing and engaging recital, working our emotions!! Just wonderful!

Fazil Say in my personal opinion is one of the best present interpreter of many composers, but his touch into pieces such as ‘Appassionata’ and ‘Rapsody in blue’ is unique.

Not sure Chopin would have approved of all Say's added embellishments but I enjoyed them! I guess he's the sort of composer/pianist that just can't help going one better.
How could you attend such a concert and keep your phone ringing.. TWICE! If that's the type of person you are (cannot get hooked off from your phone, and has to have it RINGING -not silent), then why go to such a concert? You are ruining it for everyone else. Even for us watching from youtube. and, oh, Fazil Say.. He is great as always..
