Technically neither works. Void Slash activates on any Physical DMG. Both Vambrace and Flint deal Pierce DMG. Flint can help her get Stamina Stacks with the AoE. Vambrace has multiple uses and shorter CD to charge up Chaotic Flurry. (Also, Flint has been hella rare and I've only ever gotten 1 damn ring)
