It is a biological fact that while sperm can survive in the woman for around 5 days and "wait for the egg", the egg only lives for 24 hours in which it can be fertilised.
Hello mam I am 45 years old I do get my period but every 2 months just for 2 days and I like to conceive I want to get pregnant plz let me know is ther is any chance thanks
Don’t listen to whoever responded. Don’t give up. There is ALWAYS a chance of conceiving since all life comes from God and He can choose to give it to whomever and whenever He wants.
I have several friends who fell pregnant naturally late 30’s and early 40’s.
This was very important. But Dr you said the egg will die within 24 hours. I didn't know about that.

Thanks Doc. Wang, now I understand why they say you lose a a certain amount of eggs, with every cycle/every period :) What a waste…
What if you also have vey low AMH he low ovarian reserves? In that case no matter how much gonaditrophines you use, it won’t help.
Thanks, very informative

A miracle.

*Exactly!* - And that's what occurred when Sarah fell pregnant with Isaac.
